Really amazing website - not just the quality and variety of the plants, but a brilliant blog as well for the first time pond-builder. Then the dispatch and delivery times were amazingly fast. Absolutely no complaints and will shop again!

From begining to end good customer service, prompt delivery with plants in good order now thriving in situ. Would recommend.

My order with 'Plants for Ponds' was for some Rams Horn Water snails. The communication/emails keeping me informed of order status and actual delivery date was very good, even got an email from Royal Mail given time of delivery. The snails arrived intact in their well packed package and are now munching their way around my pond clearing algae and weed away. I have another order with PFP for pond plants which I am eagerly awaiting for. So far so good.

I have purchased an array of things now - starter plant pack for my ponds.ans boggy margins, oxygenators and even snails to help keep the algae my wildlife pond in check. The team are really helpful and the products are top notch British natives..perfect for our re-naturing projects. Highly recommend.

I received live snails and they are now moving around the pond.

This order was for snails (to eat the algae in my pond). Too early to judge success of that, but the snails arrived promptly, well packaged, and with instructions. And a few more than ordered 🙂.

The snails moved on from hibernating within a couple of days, so I assume all is well.

I bought three beautiful hellebore in the run up to Christmas - I thought it was probably a busy time and wasn't expecting that they would be delivered before Christmas - but instead I immediately received a very friendly and helpful email thanking me for my order, and the plants arrived in 2 or 3 days - beautifully packaged - and just fabulous plants - really outstanding quality - I was thrilled. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great project for all the family

Exceptional kindness shown by Lucy. We are very recently bereaved and wanted to gift Hellebore “Katie” plants to close family in memory of my mother. We were past the last date for Christmas delivery but Lucy went above and beyond to get the plants to us. The Hellebores are beautiful and much appreciated by the recipients.

Plants arrived promptly and were well packaged. The plants were healthy and fresh and are now doing very well in the garden pond.
