Great company that keeps you updated with orders and ships quickly or keeps updated with orders. Small business which is doing amazing things, we need more of these in the UK! Huge fan of the new refill compostable bags, makes refilling so much easier.

I have been buying from Beth for years and she is the most reliable and kindness person/company I have found on social media.

Every time I need something either for myself or as a gift I try and use Plastic Freedom to support a small business and get fantastic products. Latest item I have bought was a stainless steel washing up bowl for my dad’s birthday. He said it will outlive him it’s such good quality. (It will I have one and so does my best friend after she saw mine). But what a nice thing to leave to your grandkids, something useful that will last a lifetime . Xxx

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online. I ordered for a birthday present (so time sensitive) then got the following from Beth:

“I'm just reaching out because I can see you've placed an order for these two lunchboxes but they unfortunately are both on pre-order so can't be sent today. My supplier is currently moving warehouse so I'm expecting the stock next week.”

It took over a month to then ship! With no further notification.

This kind of crap really annoys me. People see eco stuff as less reliable and this kind of poor service only further hammers that home. Beth is clearly doing more harm than good for the eco cause. I will never shop with them again.

Awesome service from 1st contact to delivery help and support all the way thank you Beth , I bought a Yeti cooler not on there site but they ordered it and delivered on the day they said within a week fantastic thank you

I follow beth on social media and absolutely love her enthusiasm and dedication to her business and reducing plastic.

Had a disappointing first experience ordering x3 baggu reusable's. I was unaware that PF was a drop ship site which compounded the issue, however unfortunately there were back to back customer service errors with the company.

I was initially sent two items within the expected timeframe and with lovely eco packaging, however one item was an incorrect colour. Upon flagging it I quickly received an apology, promise to dispatch the correct item and a voucher to make up for the error so I was happy it was being rectified. Unfortunately the voucher was never sent and the correct item not dispatched. I chased this the following week, where I was advised this was due to having a "busy day" and it being missed by mistake. The item then took a further five days to arrive.

The third item, which was available to order initially, was out of stock for PF to drop ship and so I had to choose an alternative product.

For only one of three items to turn up correctly and in a timely manner, and having to chase multiple times to rectify, means I would probably choose to shop elsewhere in future. However, other customers may have more success with products that are held in stock by PF and this issue may be isolated to Baggu brand items!

Great range of plastic free everything! Beth always responds to queries quickly. Parcels always packaged with care.

The owner of this company (Beth) is selling products that are not in stock then is unable to fulfil orders. Avoid this company.

Love their catalogue, offers and efficient way of working - not the fastest but the way they prioritise having more stock over speed makes a difference for me :)

Received a faulty item. Returned the item. The item has been received and I still have not received my refund. It’s been almost a month. I’ve reached out and I still have not received a response regarding my return.

I had placed my order but then asked if I could add to it to save postage. Beth sorted all very efficiently. Thanks Beth

Website was easy to navigate, it was easy to place my order and I was kept updated on shipping and dispatch. The item arrived quickly and was packaged well.
