Plastic Freedom レビュー

My experience with Plastic Freedom has been very positive, (if I could rate them more than 5 stars I really would) not only do they offer lovely products on their website, but their customer service team are FABULOUS (especially Jay, - you have been an angel! <3) They really go above and beyond to look after you to make your whole shopping experience pleasant - Thank you so much for valuing your customers - more companies should take a leaf out of your book.
P.s you have earned a loyal customer for life, thanks so much once again! xx

Great, never had problem with deliveries or orders.
Will always continue to use Plastic Freedom

Love this shop for its positive effect on the world and the products are great!

Love shopping at Plastic Freedom. Super quick delivery and products are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

As always i love this brand, the work that Beth & the team put in to make it easy for us to have eco swaps is amazing.

I love plastic freedom. It’s my favourite place to shop. The team are always finding such amazing products that are excellent quality and reasonably priced.

I love the Plastic Freedom community, the sharing of knowledge, the teachings, the raising awareness of the damage plastic is having in our environment, the wide variety of plastic free products and the customer service and postal service is top notch

I’ve used plastic freedom since before Beth moved to Cornwall. I will remain loyal. Brilliant idea with some brilliant products.

Quick delivery, perfect packaging which can be reused is recycled and the perfect products! Great company 😊

Plastic freedom is great. I buy most of my things from them

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a a product bought last year and they responded the same day to my email. They had a genuine and caring attitude about wanting to resolve my issue and I am very pleased with how things went. Will definitely head back to Plastic Freedom in the future.

So happy to have white vinegar in a glass bottle. Every time we disregard plastic it helps the planet. Thank you.

I've ordered a few different things from Plastic Freedom over the last couple of years - ranging from their plastic-free tape to their cleaning products and beauty/skincare items. I've always had really positive experiences both with ordering/delivery and the products themselves.

Some items can be a little expensive, but given that everything is made to such a high quality and usually by local, small businesses, I really can't complain!

It's really handy to have a plastic-free option of almost anything you can think of in one place.

I will definitely be continuing to order/restock things as I continue making the transition to being completely plastic free! <3

Fast delivery and good communication. Nice range of eco items too.

The packaging was damaged and branded sleeve torn on the box it was a birthday present so was disappointed as it looked like a damaged goods purchase when paid full
price !

** update : following communication with the supplier the issue is now resolved .... handled swiftly and without further problem .... thank you

Fabulous clear & easy to use website. Received my items, as usual, beautifully & carefully packaged. Will use again & again

Super quick delivery and very reasonably priced. Enquiries via email are answered within a day and staff are very friendly and helpful.
