Will i get paid?
It’s been 7 months of emailing support and i still haven’t got paid or received a response, the big question is will i ever get paid the $700 that i am owed.

I would rate PlayTreks 5 stars overall. My experience with the platform has been positive, and I appreciate the opportunities it provides for independent artists.
One of the features I appreciate most is that PlayTreks allows artists to distribute cover songs through a straightforward process. The platform is easy to use, and managing releases is generally simple and accessible.
There are still a few improvements that could make the experience even better. In my opinion, releases should sometimes be delivered faster to streaming platforms, and a few technical bugs could be fixed. For example, improvements to Spotify for Artists profile linking would be very helpful for artists managing their catalogs. Aside from these issues, I am satisfied with the service and appreciate the work of the PlayTreks team.

I requested a payout 4 months ago and I have still not received the money. Support does not answer any emails. Their social media is dead. This is a fraudulent company designed to steal artists money, stay away!

I sent a withdrawal request 9 days ago but I have not received any response. Please take care of it urgently and send my money.
hi i am not when payments are being paid there is very bad communication about this all of my money is just pending but i cannot withdraw it and its very slow
EDIT: I will change my review when I see actual movement of my money to my bank account, not some empty promises.

They respond to emails late and I have problems with my copyright earnings. I hope you will solve my problem urgently. I am waiting for support.
( I've been waiting for 1 year to receive my royalty fee.
OK company, website could use some improvement but works.

if you request your royalties, prepare to wait 3-6 months until you get them to your PayPal account. absolutely not OK to let users wait this long, what the fck

Since 2021 I have been posting my music on this platform. From April to December I only saw pennies on my balance sheet. In the middle of this year (2023) the royalties that I had been waiting for a long time appeared.
In July I made my first withdrawal and as of today they were not sent to my Paypal account.
The support does not respond to any email. The distribution manager says that the platform "is under maintenance" and that "the royalties are still being calculated".
The royalty counts and statistics are much better than other platforms. In addition to adding Two-Factor Authentication. But when it comes to counting royalties and making payments, they are terrible (Taking into account that they get 15% of the total royalties)
So far I will leave 1 star in my review. I will update you with more news.
Update: After many emails they paid me twice this month. I'm going to leave 3 stars until Playtreks improves.

Since September 2022 i got some releases up there, i received two payments and then nothing, i contacted the support, answer is "New system coming out, we are calculating all the royalties, soon it will be ok".
Still waiting now... I don't see my 7 months of royalties...

I just wanted to distribute some music for free and I found this distributor on the internet.
I just uploaded a track I made and the next day I got called having a "fraudulent behavior" and they ask me for a picture of me with my ID god knows what they'll use this information from.
Stay away,they're most likely scammers trying to grab some ID to do shady things.
I've used them for digital distribution for nearly a year. They do automatic splits. Support is hit and miss, sometimes they reply and are very helpful and effective and other times never get back at all.
Payouts are the worst thing. They are a few months behind, which is a particular frustration. They promise to make the payments by the end of the day or week or month, which never happens. It would be better if they didn't make promises about payment dates.
The analytics and website are great and they could be a brilliant distributor if withdrawals/payments were on a regular schedule.

Signed up mainly for the airplay tracking as they claim to track over 40k radio stations. I have another radio tracker that I’m using that does a great job but is a little expensive so I thought I would test Playtreks out and see if they listed the same radio plays as my other service.
Their tracking service is very hit and miss. They list one play from a radio station one day but not the next, even though on both days I’ve had multiple plays from that station. Pretty much useless information. Emailed them, no answer. So much for that “premium support” listed as a subscriber perk.
Stay away.

Wrote them 2 emails regarding my payout which should've been sent out 1 1/2 months ago. Last time I heard from them was an email that my payout is processed around a month ago. Literally no reply to any emails ever since. Highly unprofessional considering you can not even answer simple email requests for weeks. Do yourself a favour and stay away

I have been with playtreks for almost a year now and my experience is not very good.
The distributor gets it done to publish my music and relatively quickly, for that one star. Otherwise, everything happens laboriously, the support responds very sporadically when you send several requests there. The income is not credited to the account, as with most on 01 of a month, but 2-3 weeks later. For March and April they did not report anything until mid-August, supposedly because of technical problems. According to their own information, the payment of revenues should happen within 1-3 business days, this has never happened. The last one has been pending for almost 2 weeks. Say everything is very tough. Not really fun to be here. And they still take 15% commission on the earnings. Meanwhile, I really want to move my catalog to another distributor, even though it takes a lot of work. :-/ Too bad actually, I was very optimistic in the beginning when my music was released relatively quickly.
Addendum (08.12.2022): Payouts have delays of months and I always have to remind and request them several times without any success. Stay away from this pseudo-distributor.
