What brilliant service,our boiler was making alarming noises on Sunday morning, I emailed Plectrumb to ask for an Engineer to visit when available. Nick picked up my email and phoned me within five minutes, and was with us quarter of an hour later.Unbelievable service, Nick fixed the problem and the invoice was very reasonable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plectrumb.

I would thoroughly recommend Plectrum. Excellent communication from the time we first contacted them to the finish of the job putting in a new Worcester boiler and wiring in a new cooker. We have been delighted with the services provided by the Plectrumb team. They have done two major jobs for us over the last 18 months, and on both occasions, Matt has been extremely professional and efficient. The first job was the “putting right” of a disastrous new shower installation that had been installed by a different company, and Matt specified and installed a new system to a very high standard. The second job involved solving a difficult problem with our heating system, which has required a lot of patience and a number of repeat visits, which Matt has been very happy to do. Would definitely recommend.

Just had an upgrade to a combi boiler and new radiator carried out by Nick and his team from Plectrum. This only took 2 days and they were so clean and professional you wouldn't have known they had been here. Punctual as well, here on the dot of 8 each day. We now have excellent heating and a power shower, a lot better than the 'dribble' shower we have had for years. Once again thanks to Plectrum for an excellent job. Much appreciated.

Plectrumb were recommended to me by my daughter. I had two light fans in the bathrooms to be replaced and new ones were installed with no mess and the rubbish was taken away.
