Nick and his team did a brilliant job renovating my bathroom, from the initial design and quote to managing the project to completion. Very quick, efficient and tidy and can therefore highly recommend.

Having had major jobs done by Plectrumb in the past, this was a boiler service, and moving a radiator. It was another prompt, friendly and efficient job by Plectrumb ... as they always are.

I recently had a boiler service by Nick. He did a great job and was very helpful and polite. He even discovered a small leak that I think several previous plumbers had missed and fixed it at no extra charge. Greg was also very helpful in setting up the appointment.

Excellent service providing the Plumbing and electrical installation to our new build block of apartments.

The boiler service was done in an efficient and careful manner. The engineer checked all necessary components and cleared filters. His manner was very helpful and reassuring. He adjusted all water and gas flows to the required standard. He answered all questions and adjusted controls to meet the customers needs. He also checked for leaks even though it was not part of the service.

When our boiler died without notice, Plectrumb Ltd were highly recommended to us. They came out quickly and provided an honest and reasonable quote with recommendations on what would suit our needs best.
The new system was fitted within a day and they ensured it was all working correctly with us understanding how to use it before they left. The guys were tidy, respectful and polite with great customer service after installation.
We definitely recommend.

Plectrum always provide excellent service and the fitting of a new boiler plus new radiators etc was no exception. They always work in a very organised way and keep everything as clean as possible. They allowed up to 3 full days for the work but were finished in a day and a half. Nick was very helpful when we weren't sure if the boiler was operating correctly and reassured us and advised on what we should do. We always recommend Plectrum to friends and neighbours because they do what they say they will, when they say they will.

I highly recommend using Plectrumb. Nick was prompt and very thorough when carrying out an annual service to my gas boiler. Very reasonable price too.

Once again, Plectrumb have proved to be reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. We initially trusted most of the renovation of our property to Matt and Nick, and do not regret our decision. Rewiring, new central heating, renovation of bathroom and toilet for starters. Since then, additional work has included servicing gas boiler and heater, additional lighting, wiring to garage and plumbing - all work professionally carried out. Recommended without hesitation.
