I ordered one three panel radiator, not a cheap product. I placed the order on a Friday morning and it was delivered on the following Thursday afternoon. It arrived damaged from poor quality manufacture. Post sale customer service has been poor and I have not appreciated the tone of their emails, nor their lack of help in finding a reasonable solution. I have had terms and conditions quoted at me and would recommend you do actually read the small print. PlumbHub do not check products such as this before shipping and rely on making claims against the manufacturers warrantee rather than providing a reliable service. I will end up bearing the cost for the faulty goods.

The lesson learned is that Ultraheat radiators are not manufactured to a good quality and that you should allow plenty of time for replacement goods because the quality will not be checked and is unreliable.

PlumbHub is not a company I should wish to do business with in the future.

The ordered item has been discontinued. An alternative was offered at the same price and arrived the next day! Absolutely first class communication and service!

Ordered a designer radiator, got it at a price I was more than happy with. The delivery was confirmed via a telephone call as it was despatched, then on the day recieved a telphone call from driver an hour or so before he arrived.

Eight days after purchase and my order hasn't even been posted yet according to Hermes tracking! I will NEVER use 'Plumbhub' again. What a massive disappointment.

With kind account assistance from Pete, the ordering system was straightforward and purchase made delivered to my door direct from the manufacturer two days later. Many thanks for an excellent service.

I can highly recommend Plumbhub. I recently ordered a Reina Cavo heated towel rail and square valves by Aeon after speaking to Pete, who was very helpful. The goods were competitively priced and arrived on time and well packaged. I also received information about the delivery timescales so all in all, a very good experience!

Ordered a stopcock handle and 2 weeks later still nothing. Email them twice and no reply. Bad customer service all round.

I emailed on a Thursday. How is that the weekend. I have now been asked if I would like the item resent I have said yes please. And no reply to that and that was email was sent on a Monday a 7 days ago.

Top bunch of guys. Pete was helpful, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. Supplied me with parts that no one else could in an emergency situation. Nothing was too much trouble and happy to explain, help and give tips. Will definitely we using again. Thank you so much. Top service.

Awful customer service ,ordered radiator came damaged ,sent item back ,now ignoring emails and phone calls for a full refund, no letting us know when they plan to give money back or anything,if we don't hear from them soon our only option is to take legal action to get money back,BEWARE DO NOT USE COMPANY,
