We hear you—and we get why you’re frustrated. Waiting for an order that’s supposed to arrive in three days and then getting delays, missed calls, and no email responses isn’t acceptable.

The radiator had to be sourced directly from our supplier, which caused the hold-up, and we clearly could have done a much better job keeping you updated while our colleague was away. We also apologize that your discount code wasn’t applied correctly and that your email went unanswered.

We’re taking your feedback seriously and reviewing our processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight these issues—even if the way you put it stings a little!
