Great choice of sizes for radiators at the right price.
2 to 3 days delivery? Make that 7 in my case.

This company have been so helpful. Kept me informed of the delivery, They phoned to confirm all details, the delivery date that fitted in with me. Very happy with the service, and they had the best price of the replacement toilet seat that I required. Exception service. Definitely order from them again.

Parcel not delivered by Evri. I asked Plumb Hub to raise an enquiry with Evri and sort out whatever issue is but have had no reply from Plumb Hub, hence 1-star for customer service.

Very happy with the radiator. Great quality and looks good underneath my very large window whilst keeping my lounge toasty warm. Can definitely recommend Plumbhub when looking for great radiators.

I had to get in touch about delivery. The man I spoke to was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He returned my call with relevant information and the tap I ordered was delivered to me as the information he had given. I would recommend Plumbhub and would use again.

In stock item ordered on 14 August with a quoted despatch of 2 to 3 days. It’s now 2 September and it still hasn’t arrived. Contacted their customer service over a week ago & was told “oh sorry your order was ‘missed’ by our despatch system and will be out to you asap” - they finally despatch it 30th August but choose to use a 48 hour service from useless carrier EVRI and my item is delayed in transit.

Ordered diaphragm for toilet, genuine item and quick delivery.

Waiting to see how things go. The tap arrived last Thursday and I fitted it on Friday however when it was put in place you could see the stem had been bent at some point, currently waiting to hear whether it is to be returned or they will replace my tap . Luckily the old tap which leaks heavily is leaking on the cold side, otherwise I would be getting very impatient

great company to deal with, even brought the item out and loaded it in the car. A VAT invoice would have been nice but have been unable to get one.

Raised a return/exchange with the supplier whom seemed to doing nothing with this request.
Have contacted PayPal now to chase a refund.

Arrived fairly quickly in a huge box. Really good value. Only minor thing is I never got a VAT receipt. It might have been attached to the box but the see-through envelope was empty. There’s no way of accessing a receipt online and I got no reply to my email request.
It can’t be too hard to have receipts available online or just to email them?

A fair price and a 5% introductory discount offer on top swayed me.
However when fitted a leak appeared from a blank factory fitted plug where an O ring had not fitted. Sorted it myself but requested a new plug or O ring be posted. Never received an acknowledgment or O ring received to date.
