A total waste of money. No redness, tingling or plumping, in fact nothing whatsoever. Applied it as directed over a few days with no result.

Absolutely love Plump it, I have tried so many Lip plumping products over the years, nothing compares to this, best on the market, and excellent price ❤️

I ordered the lip plumper and a serum . Got 2 lip serums,no lip plumper. Sent an email as parcel was taking ages. Received a reply to say its on its way. Received next day. My lip plumper not in package. Ive sent emails about that and to ask why ive been sent 2 lip oils,no reply. The oil does absolutely nothing. Ive paid 39.99 for 2 lip oils,I noticed amazon selling the same product at 2 for £7.99,and temu selling for £3.90. The products ive received are called Lush lips,not Plumpify,so what's going on? If anyone actually reads this comment from the customerservices, please answer my email and arrange a Full refund for the £39.99 ref number JJD0002234229694500

My suggested using this product to help with around my eyes and was shocked at the difference it made, I feel much more confident now, I have been using no needles derma filler for a while now, and will continue to use it, what a fantastic product, ordering is so easy and quick delivery.

It's been 2 weeks and my order wasn't even shipped
Plus the customer service doesn't even answer the email

There was some confusion on my part when I was making the purchase I sent an email and they got back to me within the hour and helped make my transaction easy and simple

No tingling
No plumping
No redness or color change

I put on two applications (three pumps each time) in the space of a couple of hours and had no effect other than shiny lips.

I've basically just bought a very expensive lipgloss which I could have bought lipgloss at half the price.
USELESS PRODUCT

I have emailed 3 times this week regarding an order I placed, when I placed it I realised it had my old address on the shipping address so I emailed 10 minutes after placing the order. It was still then delivered to my old address on the Tuesday meaning iv missed out on the order, also considering I had done it for the monthly subscription, if someone from customer service could get back to my emails that would be great

Awful customer service, my order arrived damaged and seemingly opened and they accused me of lying. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have contacted customer services several times in connection with a subscription to sending items back but have had no response. Their returns policy states 14 days from order and by ignoring attempts of contact from me this has now resulted in the return policy being over the 14 day period. Based on my recent experience I do not recommend customer service, the product however delivered good results but I can no longer use due to an allergy.

Completely RUBBISH. Not even sure if mainly water. I might have well thrown my money into the wind. DO NOT BUY!!!

I honestly have to say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

My order already took a very long time to arrive, and because the product was shipped from the UK (and not the EU), I also had to deal with additional shipment fees due to Brexit regulations. That is understandable as a procedure – but what is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication from this company.

When I tried to return the product, I sent several important emails about the process and my refund. I never received a single reply. There is also no phone number available, which means there is absolutely no way to get support.

At this point I don’t even know if I will ever see my money back. This is extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.

If you are considering ordering from here: think twice. The risk of losing your money, on top of the long delivery times and extra fees, is simply not worth it.

It never worked for me, a complete waste of money. And the 30 day guarantee full refund is not what was offered to me. Only 20% of the price is given!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Didn't receive it so contacted customer services who said they would arrange for the item to be shipped asap. That was 6 days ago and I have still heard nothing. Had to chase customer services again yesterday and 24 hours later I am still awaiting a response.

The products are good but the customer service is appalling. I accidentally added too many items to my subscription and wanted to remove them. The only way to cancel a subscription is by emailing them, and I’ve emailed the support address 3 times over the course of a month with no response from them. There is no other way to cancel these items which seems very sneaky, so I’m going to end up losing money! Feel like this is the only way to get any kind of attention from them as they just aren’t replying to my emails

Genuinely have seen a difference within a week of using the collagen lip plumper. It's absolutely going to be a part of my morning routine now!

Still no delivery or correct tracking number ordered on 02/07/25 so much for 1-3 day delivery
