It is impossible to cancel the membership. The customer service is difficult to come in contact with. They are not friendly and try to take as much money from you as possible in rude ways. Would not recommend.

Walked in to Enquiry about a membership in Ashfield, not only she was rude but they wonât even give you a price unless you fill in a form with all your details so they can harass you for the rest of your life if you donât join. I refuse to give them my phone number so I was asked to leave. Pathetic
The worst experience ever in Plus fitness bass hill. As soon as you walk in, you canât breathe. No windows, no fans, and the air conditioning is always extremely weak. It feels suffocating and unbearable. We complained many times, but nothing ever changed. The heat is so bad that anyone with asthma or breathing issues could seriously struggle. Absolutely not recommended.
Theives.. Kept with drawing payments from my bank account despite cancelling my membership verbally, in writing and via the Plus Fitness website. Terrible business operations. Unethical and untrustworthy.
Read the reviews before you join, and go somewhere else.
This is an amazing place, a place where you can train at any time of the day. Heaps of great equipment and the staff are very helpful. They really look after you here. Thanks Troy.
Several days ago, I contacted Plus Fitness via email to cancel my membership. They instructed me to complete the cancellation through their member portal. Following their guidance, I attempted to use the Plus Fitness app, believing it was the correct portal they referred to. However, after thoroughly navigating the app, I found no option to cancel the membership.
When I informed them that their competitor, Anytime Fitness, provided a simple and straightforward online form for cancellations, Plus Fitness dismissed my feedback. They provided vague explanations distinguishing between their app and portal, rather than addressing my difficulty or acknowledging the misleading instructions they had originally provided.
This process seems deliberately complex, misleading, and unfairly designed to discourage members from easily cancelling, potentially allowing the business to continue charging membership fees unfairly
Rolleston Plus Fitness - horrendous experience! Joined online over the Christmas period. Didnât receive a copy of the contract, any information as to how to get my access card to enter. Every time I attended the gym was unstaffed so couldnât get access. When I was finally able to attend the gym when a member of staff was present, I was met with indifference regarding not being able to get access for a wk. I was not shown around the gym or given any information. The machines are old and not user friendly. The gym was dirty and worn. Emailed to cancel my membership and request a refund, no response received! Direct debit has been taken. Disgusted with the customer service and do not recommend this gym. Headed over to Snap fitness, explained my situation with Plus Fitness and experienced the complete opposite. Customer service has been great, machines in good condition and the place is clean. Staff always on hand :)
Like that I can go to any of their branded gyms as I travel a lot for work. Some have better equipment and cleanliness than others. But I'm an average person, looking for a gym for normal people. I don't feel too intimidated at these clubs, and they all have what I need, without waiting too long, depending on the time of day.
I travel around Sydney and the greater west for my job and so I visit a lot of different gyms. I can say over two years of membership I've yet to have a bad experience with this gym group. Good fitness, mental and physical, is vital during this pandemic, so thanks guys, you are performing a vital service well. My "Home Gym" is Blaxland in the Blue Mountains and the team there is simply the best.
