Return policy is NOT AS STATED.
Tried to return some shoes on the 3rd day, as the policy states "HASSEL FREE 3 day Return policy." It's not "3 day", it's "72 hours from the time it's delivered." And here I am thinking like every other business on the planet, their policy was good until end of business on the 3rd day. NOPE. Customer Service is completely unwilling to flex. So I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. I'm cancelling my other order and will be using other site instead.

I appreciate the expedited delivery; however, I noted slight yellowing on the midsoles of both Nike Air Max 97 Pine Green shoes. This is unacceptable, and I am actively pursuing a resolution to rectify the discoloration.
