Have been waiting for my order for about a month, and after various chasers not even an acknowledgement that they are looking into the missing package and how to resolve this for me. Highly recommend you steer clear of this company as they will take your money and then go off grid!

I had them on for the recommended time, 30 minutes and my teeth were patchy. They look horrible and they’re still pretty yellow. If I could rate it 0 stars I would have done so.

I had made a mess of my delivery and they sorted it out for me quickly, customer service is great so far, hopefully the product is too!

UV light broke within days of purchase. Emailed for a replacement multiple times since June, it is now August and I still have had no response.
There is literally zero customer service.

Thought I’d try a new brand to my normal Oral B strips. Had them on for 5 minutes and they don’t stick at all and were so uncomfortable, couldn’t handle more than 5 mins. Not even going to try the rest of the pack

I bought the Polished London power and been using for 2 weeks now. I took a picture of my teeth before and took a picture today (as people have said noticed a difference in 2 weeks) well I've definitely noticed a difference as my teeth seem to be going yellow and not white....WTAF. how is that possible? Even my partner said to me last week your teeth seem to be going yellow I joked and said that's the stains coming out.....but nope getting more yellow. My teeth looked not bad before as I'm not a smoker or coffee drinker and only drink water. Don't waste your money. I'm gutted going to have to try and sort my teeth out now!

Great customer service! Helped me as I made a mistake on my order and responded within 24 hours. I got teeth whitening strips, toothbrush and powder.

I have super sensitive teeth and these have helped me loads.
Would definitely recommend. Would buy again

I purchased the ‘Hydro XP Dental Capsule’ and really enjoyed using it, it definitely worked on my retainers.
However, it has recently stopped working, I have contacted the company TWICE, and have heard nothing back from them. Disappointing that they will not get in contact.

Huge scam. Do not buy from here. They sent me a faulty product over a month ago. I have tried to get in contact with them multiple times and they won't respond.

Shocking customer service and delay with products. Waited over 20 days for my order which still didn’t arrive. After numerous messages requesting a refund (none of which were acknowledged) I received an auto reply confirming refund issued. Would not recommend.

Ordered promised 2)3 day delivery. Over a week later still nothing. Not answering emails. Expect better
