I’ve had the privilege of organizing amazing trips to Cuba, and their collaboration has been key in making these experiences even more memorable for all travelers. The community they’ve built is very passionate about travel, which makes working with them so rewarding.

I went several times for practice the languages in Marseille since 2019 and Aix en Provence since 2022 .

Each time it was very good for me , no problems , i can have a conversation with people in the language i want to improve .

NO COMPLAINTS ANYWAY .

Dear readers, my only experience of this company was when they tried to organise a trip to Sancerre this May. They use a Paris based tour bus service called WeDiscover Paris. Look them up on Google reviews and then vow to never use them, or have anything to do with Polyglot. Because they are partners, and do not take responsibility for the tour that never took off because of the unsafe bus, and have, to add insult to injury, refused me a refund. The accusations of “scam” business are not undeserved .

Plutôt sympa pour rechercher des contacts sains. Selon les avis ci dessous, sur Internet, il faut bien évidemment être conscient, qu’en surfant dans le monde entier, il y a des gens de toute nature . Il ne faut pas être dupe. Ceci étant, pour trouver des contacts et accroître ses compétences pour telle ou telle autre langue, c’est quand même un excellent outil!

PolyglotClub ne se résume à un site internet.
Il y a aussi des soirées du lundi au samedi dans un bar du 14eme arrondissement (je suis parisien).

Mais vous pouvez aussi trouver des soirées ailleurs en France, notamment à Aix en Provence et dans le monde, il y a un club relativement actif à Tunis.

PolyglotClub est un moyen facile et pratique de se faire des amis du monde entier et de développer se compétences en langues étrangères alors rejoignez la communauté.

I found here many valuable, wise people, friends from around the world. The portal is completely free, but you can help by paying some amount.
I admit, I have also become a scam victim. I think it's worth paying attention to some things. Consider whether to talk when:
a) the profile has only few trust points, the registration date is a few days ago and the person has no friends
b) someone's profile looks like an advertisement from a matrimonial profile, i.e. someone describes himself as romantic, affectionate, etc. which is absolutely not related to learning a foreign language
c) someone asks for your marital and material status right away and asks for your photos and email address
I think polyglote is a fantastic way to learn a language, exchange culture and broaden horizons

In an era when language exchange websites are rapidly consumed by larger companies who convert them into paywalls for their other language learning software and services, Polyglotclub remains, refreshingly, a place where genuine exchange continues to take place.

Yes, I have tangled with other Polyglotclub users about proper grammatical usage, and yes, I have often become frustrated by users who seem far more interested in learning my languages than in teaching their own, or appear to make little effort to express themselves correctly. But in the end, that is the power of this kind of platform. It is, in essence, the sum of its users. The more actively you participate...the greater your effort...the more you get out of it.

I was largely inspired to write this review after reading a couple of perplexing negative reviews here alleging that Polyglotclub is some sort of scam. First, let me say that, aside from being a user of the site, I am in no way associated with Polyglotclub, and have zero financial interest in the site. That said, all social platforms have to deal with scammers. There may be profiles with inconsistent information or seeking something other than language exchange, or pushing off-site contact in the first message. When I run across such profiles, I report them, and, in my experience, they are dealt with expeditiously. As for claims that the site scams you into paying money, Polyglotclub offers multiple ways to gain privileges on the site, including the simple act of helping others and participating in the language exchange community. Polyglotclub also offers language learners opportunities to socialize off-site. And in my experience, Vincent, the site administrator, is also very responsive to user inquiries and suggestion.

As for users who complain about limitations in the number of messages they can send, the site does not restrict users from exchanging off-site contact information. I trust these users are not spamming others by sending indiscriminate messages to people who aren't interested. Read users' profiles carefully before messaging them and send a message that focuses on common interests. You will get a higher percentage of quality responses and get far more out of the site. And if you like the site, you have several ways to show your support.

Fantastyczna strona. Świetna opcja dla wszystkich entuzjastów nauki języków obcych. Oprócz poszerzenia umiejętności językowych można tutaj poznać wspaniałych ludzi z całego świata i wymienić się doświadczeniami. Jedynym minusem jest dzienny limit wiadomość jednak przy odrobinie zaangażowania w tworzenie stron można łatwo go zwiększyć. Bardzo polecam!

My name at the PolyGlot community is exRanger.

I specialize in helping French, Russian, and Ukrainian speakers with learning and/or improving their skills in the English Language.

I also teach "beginning" students Russian language.

As a member of PolyGlot Club for two years I have had only POSITIVE EXPERIENCES at the site, both in my interactions with the site's administration, which takes VERY SERIOUSLY the negative activities of SPAMMERS and has improved (vastly) the site's mitigation of SPAM and PHISHING at the site. The "negative" reviews left by the French are those of users who used PolyGlot when the site's administrators were still learning how to defend and protect the site from SPAM and PHISH attacks.

Regarding the community's members, I have had only VERY POSITIVE interactions with persons who have approached me for English language conversation practice or asked me to review their written compositions in English. Although far fewer in number, I have had also POSITIVE experiences teaching Russian to beginner-level students at the PolyGlot site.

Je suis prête à écrire mes meilleures pensées pour ça, mais je remarque certains avis, je suppose, d'ex membres :
"Un site qui cautionne les arnaques"
"Un site envahi d'escrocs"
"Vraiment moche ce site"
Le logo, l'interface tout est vraiment affreux sur ce site !"
Mesdames, pardonnez-moi, mais comment osez écrire ces commentaires sans rougir ? Pq j'ai l'idée que vous êtes juste arrivées d'autre Planète.Cettes personnes existent dans tout le monde, circulent entre nous et aux mêmes directions, portant des costumes pour duper plus facilement leurs victimes. Les escroqueries sur internet fourmillent ! En outre, ce que je ne comprends du tout et je le cherche à trouver : où est la faute du site ? Le webmaster savait des arnaqueurs et il les protégeait ? Vous pourriez insister à vos avis, si après la dénoncé, vous voyez des arnaqueurs sur le site.
Moi aussi je me suis subie des mêmes. Nous devons signaler à l’opinion une chose mauvaise. Cettes personnes il faut être éloignées du site pour qu'en soit pur ! C'est notre devoir commun.
Le site est excellent et les responsables extra ordinaires !

Horrible experience! They let you write 12 messages for free a day(!). After that you'll have to pay around $15 to write 35 messages a day. That is ridiculous, dear Polyglotclub owners :) You are scam people)

Un site qui cautionne les arnaques. Mesdames, attention au soldat américain en Afghanistan. Il saura vous faire croire que vous devez impérativement verser de l'argent au risque d'avoir les douaniers à vos trousses parce que lui blessé ne peut pas récupérer un colis.

L'idée est bonne au départ mais ce site est envahi d'escrocs qui tentent d'arnaquer les gens et rien n'est fait pour y remédier.
Dommage

Grâce a ce site j'ai pu trouver des amis pour m'aider à améliorer mon anglais. J'ai aussi participé à des soirées linguistiques gratuite, c'est génial ! :D
