I purchased a ring for a special occasion. It was expensive. Within a month or so the gold was damaged. Within 3 months 2 of the stones were cracked. We took it back to Harrods to be told it would have to go back to Italy. Expect to be charged for fixes and be without it for 4 months. Like really!!! Anyway 2 months later and I get a call. Yes they will charge ( about £170) and donât know when it will be done. Plus I canât return it apparently. Seems like this product isnât fit for purpose if you ask me. Quite frankly I think Harrods should boot them out as a supplier. They simply donât have the reputation of other suppliers. So sad. Def donât recommend pomellato at all.
Nefasta atención postventa
Compré un colgante de oro rosa con una piedra. La cadena tiene 3 posiciones para ajustar el largo. Si la pones en la más corta el colgante se descentra y la piedra se ve torcida en el cuello. En la tienda me han dicho q si lo quiero arreglar me cobran, cosa sorprendente xq es un defecto de diseño. Lo voy a arreglar en otro joyero pero no volveré a POMELATTO por la nefasta atencion al cliente
BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from Pomellato if you want your item or want a refund! It will not happen.
I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews (or really any review) of Pomellato. A few things to note:
- most of their items ship directly from Italy. That is not clearly advertised on their US website. If I had known, I would have purchased from Saks given that itâs the holiday season.
- I placed the order on December 8, which was when my credit card was charged.
Note: I have purchased other jewelry items for family members from similar jewelers based in Italy and they all arrived within the same week (and these jewelers are no larger than Pomellato)
- I followed DHL tracking closely as I was beginning to wonder when my item would arrive. I noticed that while the shipment physically arrived on December 14, it was held up in customs longer than any of my purchases from other retailers.
- I then contacted Pomellato US customer service by phone and email (they do not reply within 1 business day despite stating that). Their customer service is also of no help, telling me that their specific company had been having issues with customs but that their logistics team was on it and had already submitted the necessary documentation. When I noticed that the item remained at the Cincinnati hub with no movement whatsoever and continued request from Iâm customs for additional information from the merchant. I went ahead and opened up a case so that DHL could work with merchant to get the required information I then called and emailed Pomellatoâs Customer Service with screenshots and details. They have been completely unresponsive aside from telling me that everything is in order that cannot be the case because the shipment still has not moved. I then asked Pomellato that given us the holiday season and I would like to have my money back so that I can then use that money to buy a Christmas present that will arrive in time I received no reply so now the item has been sitting in Cincinnati since December 14 it is now December 20 and Pomellato refuses to reply to me.

Anche io purtroppo mi unisco al coro delle persone scontente e non tutelate dall' azienda. Mi spiace perche mi piacciono molto i gioielli Pomellato, ma ho regalato un ciondolino Dodo a mia figlia, una medusa ed Ú venuto via lo smalto dopo pochi mesi, fatta riparare in garanzia, con molta fatica, dopo neppure un anno Ú successo di nuovo. L' azienda nn ha voluto ripararla se non con una partecipazione alle spese .. si parla fra l' altro di smalto non oro... Mi pare molto lesivo dell' immagine aziendale non tutelare il cliente e sopratutto vendere un prodotto a caro prezzo ma di bassa qualità . Ho ciondoli di tanti anni fa ancora in perfette condizioni e colori di smalto ... Profondamente delusa dal brand Pomellato
I left a ring for repair at theâŠ
I left a ring for repair at the Pomellato branch of Harrods a month ago.
After not receiving an estimate from the staff, I emailed customer service to inquire about the repair's status. They advised me to contact the store directly, which I have now done twice without any updates given on my ring apart that it can take three monthsâŠ
During my calls, the staff only asked for my name and assured me they would call me back, but I have yet to receive any follow-up.
I understand that repairs can take up to three months, but leaving a customer in the dark after handing over a piece of jewelry is poor customer service. I still do not know the status of my ring or what is happening with it.
I have received no email updates, no texts, and no callbacks.
The only documentation I have is the receipt given to me at the store when I submitted my ring for repair.
It is rather disappointing as I love the designs and beautiful jewellery pieces.
Catenina DODO a CuneoâŠ
Ho comperato una catenina DODO con ciondolo ( polipo) a Cuneo e l ho regalata alla mia migliore amica a Cagliari. Dopo 1 SOLA settimana metà della catenina era nera , come ossidata. Provvedo ad inviare foto al rivenditore ufficiale di Cuneo certa che con una garanzia così recente l azienda avrebbe garantito un cambio della catenina a Cagliari⊠( io anche ne ho una perfetta dopo anni! Sicuramente era difettosaâŠ)
NESSUNA ASSISTENZA IN GARANZIA⊠a PAGAMENTO avrebbero fatto fare una lucidatura⊠MI CHIEDO SE VALGA LA PENA FARE ACQUISTI DI NICCHIA SE IL TRATTAMENTO à PEGGIO DI UN NEGOZIO CINESE!

My boyfriend gave me an Iconica ring for my birthday. Last week I had to go back to the jewelers store to return it because a stone fell out for the THIRD time. They sent it back to Italy and it was gone for 2,5 months. Also the extra costs and no explanation⊠I emailed them and NO responsz. So not very stylish or chique of Pomellato and I donât recommand this gift or any other gift from them to anyone :(

The stone fell off
Bad experience with this brand. I bought a necklace at their store and after less then two months the stone fell off the pendant. It's a pity as designs are beautiful and the shop assistants were very welcoming.

TrÚs déçue par la qualité de ma bague Pomellato. Câétait une piÚce précieuse à mes yeux, portée avec beaucoup de soin, et pourtant la pierre et plusieurs diamants sont tombés aprÚs seulement quelques années. On mâa proposé une réparation⊠à mes frais. à ce niveau de prix, câest incompréhensible.
Jâattendais bien plus dâune maison comme Pomellato, en termes de durabilité, de service client et de considération. Lâobjet reste beau, mais la qualité ne suit pas.

Awful experience. A ring that I bought was totally deformed after 4 weeks and widened. When I wanted to repair and return, they told me to pay 160 eurâŠ. For a Ring of almost 3000 eur after just a few weeks we have bought it.
Customer service not available, not picking up the phone and not wanting to help.
Will not recommend and buy this again despite beautiful design - not worth the money as there is no service

Dopo qualche anno annelo aveva stesso problema e per non perdere pietra ho fatto di nuovo sistemare. Dopo mesi e chiamate per sapere novità sulla riparazione mi hanno detto che annelo hanno già in negozio (VENEZIA) e devo pagare 160⬠!!! sensa nessun aviso di preventivo o pagamento ! mi sa che con i pagamenti di riparazione arrivo al prezzo di acquisto ! una vergogna!!!
