This product exceeded all of my expectations. I originally began taking Pondera for the heart health properties. This has helped improve my quality of sleep, reduced the amount of blood pressure medication I was taking, helped me lose weight, and increased my energy. I cannot say enough about how this product has changed my life. Definitely not your typical protein shake, and worth every penny!
