Don't use internationally!!

Sadly I cannot recommend the international shipping. I received 2 tops instead of a full bikini, an honest mistake. However costumer service didn't help at all. I simply got a refund. I saw there was only one piece left on the website and it was a friday evening, so I decided to buy it, otherwise I had spent 90 euro on nothing. When I bought the pants again, even with the discount they gave me - the returned money didn't even cover the cost of the pants. That is not including custom charges I will have to pay again! So now I have spend a ridiculous amount of money on a bikini... I wish I had checked trustpilot first. I have bought from small international businesses before - I have never had this bad an experience!
One thing is being clear about not covering international cost for returns, I get that. But not fixing your own mistakes??

So happy

I don’t know why there’s such a bad rating. The skirt I bought is so comfortable, I find a lot of clothing hard to wear but it’s lovely. I got an XS and it feels very breathable. Packaging is biodegradable and arrived well!

That’s all I am getting when I try to order from Popflex.

Mind you, I have ordered from them probably 20 times by now, if not more, and since they revamped the site and changed something, I can’t place orders anymore.

Now bear in mind I work in customer and tech support, so i’m no dummy, and I tested extensively on 4 devices, both on their app and website, in different browsers, logged in and logged out, with and without discount codes, with and without my “flexdollars” added and NOTHING works.

When I contact their support they ask me to repeat steps i have tried several times and have no other way to help me, and seem unwilling to investigate at their end what the issue was. Previously it was just “add stuff to cart”, click “buy”, go via Paypal or card and that was it. Eaay peasy! I have spent thousands of dollars there at this point, not to mention a small fortune on customs fees, because i live in Europe, and I wear popflex almost daily, but I an just giving up now! Great that they can get new customers, but dismissing the issues of a longtime loyal customer is not good business practice!

Beware of illusive and incorrect purchase price provided by Poplex on the custom forms causing you to pay 50% xtra on purchases

They have beautiful things although the sizes run (much) smaller. The client service never replies and keeps itself hidden. The prizes they put on custom forms (international orders) ran 30% higher than actually paid (..) which causes too high local VAT: e.g. I ordered ''discounted'' items all in for Euro 217. To my surprose, Poplex put USD 316,14 on the customs form which caused me to pay VAT Euro 73,42 (should have been 21% of Euro 217) on top of the (expected) import costs (Euro 26,40 - which also run higher). So in all, my package with a supposedly ''nice discount'' of approx Euro 90, now run up to in all Euro 114,82 (incl FedEx extra charges of E 15) extra. I understand why Poplex does not send a 'feedback'' link to clients.

Delayed shipping and poor customer experience

I bought the cloud hoodie which was suppose to be shipped out and arrive in a week, based on the tracking given. I even timely provided verification checks to ensure it will arrive timely, and inform them its imperative that its my first ever purchase that I could actually make since I was in USA for a long holiday, and I am excited since I followed Cassey Poplex and been rooting for the brand, and it has to be shipped on time.

Even all that, Popflex shipped out late - as I can see from the tracking, and the courier further delayed shipment after I have to leave for travel from the USA. No issue, I will return back and be able to try it once I return - so I requested for clarification if Popflex can give an exception to allow exchange once I come back and try it and it doesnt fit, mind you I only asked for "exchange" not even "refund" and only if it "doesnt fit", because its my first time purchase so I not sure of the fit, and I am excited to purchase more, and they only pointed me to their standard policy - not even looking at the circumstances to what led to this situation.

Cassey gave me an impression that she care and value her engagement, always hearing out the concerns - and being understanding and caring.

But this is not the experience I received at all from Popflex customer service, and its utmost disappointing because I waited for years and finally could make the purchase since I came over to the USA for a long holiday.

The whole experience told me that my purchase nor experience is of value to Popflex.

Utmost disappointed, and throwing my wish to purchase more into the bin.

Have not received my package

Have not received my package. The shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage) they use is very cheap and it sucks. I guess they are trying to make the highest profit margin. For the price we pay ($60 for a skirt), it should be shipped via better and more reliable shipping method such as UPS and FedEx. When I reached out to customer service about how disappointed I am, they just said once the product is shipped, they have no control of it. Well, use a better shipping method. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. RATHER BUY MY THINGS FROM LULULEMON WHICH GIVES 10000% BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ich liebe es

Ich hatte mittlerweile 4 Bestellungen von Popflex erhalten - bin absolut happy damit. Die QualitÀt und Reaktionszeiten sind wirklich top.
Es gibt auf der Homepage ein Video zur GrößeneinschÀtzung - kann ich nur ans Herz legen.

Poor customer service, poor quality products.

I purchased a Sloan Tote bag just under a year ago. Recently the shoulder strap snapped off of the bag with no way to reattach it without getting a new shoulder strap.
I contacted Popflex for a replacement strap and they are refusing to send me a new strap, only offering a small discount on purchasing a brand new bag for $100+.

Disappointing that a company of this size can't ship a replacement strap (that probably costs them less than $10) to their customers to keep them happy.

The support email has now stopped responding to me. I am exploring legal action against Popflex.

They sell low quality products, then refuse to replace them if they break within a reasonable timeframe.

Support is Awful :(

Ordered a coat (I am outside the U.S. so it was shipped internationally). It took a few weeks to arrive, and the delivery failed due to an "incorrect address". Turns out my apartment details got cut off when ordering.

After contacting the shipping company, they directed me to the sender as the only one who could update a delivery address. Upon contacting Popflex support, they told me to contact the shipping company. Awesome.

After explaining the situation to Popflex, the same support person said, "whoops... but we don't talk to shipping companies at all. Wait a month for the package to be returned to sender and then contact us again to start processing a refund."

WHAT?

After trying to explain how unacceptable this was a resolution, I got told they have "no control" over their products once they ship and too bad. :(

Comically awful support for a seemingly easy-to-fix issue. Package was in my literal neighborhood, and Popflex told me to wait a month and not get my item instead of sending a quick e-mail to help me out.

Thanks. :(

PS - The same support person has other reviews on here calling her out for being rude and/or providing bad service. Yikes.

Ruined after a wash

Got the cloud hoodie for christmas from my boyfriend, and while its super comfortable and nice to wear... after I washed it according to the instructions, it had these grey splotches all over it. It's totally ruined. I tried to look on the website for contact info but their website only has information about how "amazing" they are. Its really hard to navigate to find anything useful. For a hoodie that costs almost 100 euros I am very disappointed.

No good for EU orders

I think Popflex only works ok for the US, if at all.
I ordered from the EU and the package was supposed to arrive a month after the order. I waited patiently but a month and a half in there were no updates on the DHL website and it seemed the order was stuck in the US, so I contacted Popflex for support.
They told me to file a shipping claim, so they could contact the courier (they specifically said that). I told them that when I proceeded with the claim, it gave me the option to refund one item and send a new package for the other, but that I didn't want a refund but both items instead.
They told me to proceed with the claim and that what I was worried about wouldn't be the case, but only with a claim they could contact the courier for me.
Once I put in the claim as I was advised, they suddenly refunded the whole order and that same customer rep told me they didn't have the practice to contact couriers and since there were no updates for more than 20 days on the DHL page, the order is refunded and international orders can't be sent again.

No checking with the courier as stated. No effort to look into it further. At least I got my money back but what a waste of time! Quite a shame, because they seemed like a cool brand.

SCAM

This is the first time ever ive been scammed. I ordered in OCTOBER, its now mid january. Ive complained multiple times, they claim theyve sent a new order, but again it never arrived its been over a month. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Still needs improvement

Recently ordered multiple times on Popflex because I simply love their upgraded (or original?) leggings, sweatshirts/pants, and hoodies/half-zips. Materials are on the higher-end quality. Design? Fabulous. Their sizing, however, can be ambiguous so I'm glad they have an easy exchange/return system.

They did changed their exchange/return portal to "Redo," which, did improved from the $5.95 flat return fee to "just" $1.98 you can add on top of your order, which allows you to do "unlimited" exchanges/returns. However, I notice some flaws with the system compared to their old exchange/return portal. The first time, over a month ago, I notice that the Redo system no longer honors your coupon code so even if you want a size/color exchange, you'll have to pay the current price difference. Just two days ago, that seem to have changed. I created a new exchange for a different order and it did honor the coupon code that was used in the original order. Not sure if that's a glitch or what.

On the other hand, if you used rewards on a purchase, all your rewards gets refunded back to your points instead of your credit card...which is absurd. Sometimes I buy things on regular price but used my rewards as a bit of a "discount," and if I end up returning an item from that order, that "discount" disappears from order, even if the item I'm keeping costs way more than the item that I ended up returning. Customer service said there's nothing they can do as that's how their return system is set up. They'll have to improve on the system in averaging out the "discount" so at least partial amount of money will be refunded to your card and also back to your points. It's only fair that way.

Besides that, I believe that Popflex deserves a much higher rating on here than what they currently have (2.5 stars). They do have quality product and their customer service team is responsive, despite their hands being tied in some situations. As long as they improve on their care team and their exchange/return system, there would be more happy camper-customers.

Not a good experience

My order took some time to process. When it was finally shipped, I was informed that I would only receive one of the items due to an "inventory error". Since I ordered from Europe, shipping costs were immense, but nobody found it necessary to contact me to ask how to proceed. The single remaining item was simply shipped. When I reached out, I was told that there was nothing they could possibly do about this. It was like talking to a chat bot that was programed to get rid off you. Unfortunately, the sweater really wasn't worth the money or the hassle.

If I can give no star for Popflex 


If I can give no star for Popflex company I would . For my birthday my friend sent me an outfit from Popflex . She spent over $140 for a hoodie and sweat pants. She found Popflex online and she was excited for me to get these clothes. Upon arrival I realized the items don’t really look good on me . I immediately filed to exchange the items. Take me over hours to find the replacement clothing to exchange with the help of my son . Because the exchange process was a little complicated to navigate. I waited over 3 weeks and my replacement order was not send out , in addition one item was out of stock and Popflex decided to credit my friend’s credit card. My friend wanted me to get something I like she was disappointed refund went back to her credit card for one of the pant and I still did not get my replacement order . I finally email the company to refund my order all together. I never order from an online company that has no phone number, can not talk to anyone at customer service.

Scammed? Item never shipped

I’ve been a loyal Popflex customer and have placed several orders in the past, but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience during the Black Friday sales.

I ordered a hoodie that was on a significant discount and was thrilled to get it at such a great price. However, the order never shipped. Initially, I wasn’t too worried since shipping can take longer during sales, but a month passed, and I still hadn’t received a tracking number or any updates, unlike my previous orders.

When I contacted Popflex, they quickly refunded me, stating the order was “lost.” However, it seems the hoodie was never shipped to begin with. This has been a frustrating experience, as the hoodie is no longer available at the sale price, and I feel let down by the lack of transparency and resolution.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping with Popflex, but this experience has left me disappointed and hesitant about future purchases.
