En el Mes de Mayo de 2025 fuímos a comprar los azulejos para una terraza y llevamos las medidas de dicha Terraza. Nos atendió IRENE CORRALO, la cual nos hizo el presupuesto en base a las medidas, hasta aquí todo bien. Nos llamaría el transportista para llevarnos el material, cuando este llamó, solo reparten de 9 a 14 y el palé en la calle, tú verás, ni pagando más te lo suben ni alargan su horario. Como yo no salgo de trabajar hasta las 15 llamé a centralita de Porcelanosa y poco más me dijeron”que los transportistas son los que mandan y no pueden hacer nada”. Así que el palé en Leganés en la fábrica, conseguir furgoneta ir a por 35 cajas de azulejos y subirlas a casa. Cuando pude organizar todo, perdí a mis albañiles y perdí todo el verano para hacer la obra. En Septiembre busca otros albañiles porque nadie quiere hacerte una obra menor, al finales de Noviembre encontré unos obreros para realizar la obra, pero claro hay que esperar al buen tiempo para poder hacer el trabajo ya que no puede llover. El trabajo me lo han realizado a finales de Abril de este año. Cuál es la sorpresa? Que se han necesitado 20cajas para hacer la obra de las 35 que me vendió IRENE CORRALO GALVÁN por otro lado me vendió 5 kilos de lechada y he necesitado 18!! El chiste se cuenta solo. He necesitado 5 viajes desde de Abril hasta Junio para poder ver a IRENE CORRALO, otro de sus compañeros me han cogido datos simplemente para librarse de mi. Al final di con ella IRENE CORRALO, le conté toda esta historia y me dijo que iba a hablar con su superior y que al día siguiente me llamaba. Dos semanas después he tenido que llamar yo, me intenta engañar diciendo que me llamó al día siguiente cuando es totalmente falso y me dice que pasados 14 días no se devuelve nada. Pasados 14 días no tenía ni los azulejos en mi poder “gracias” a su sistema de entrega del cual no te informan. Yo solo quería un gesto, ya sé que no me van a devolver mis 800€, 800€!!! Que si dice pronto, pero como le dije a IRENE CORRALO, un vale para gastar aquí, lo que sea, pero un gesto, que menos. Dudo mucho que haya ni si quiere hablado con su superior. Dudo mucho que este mensaje sirva de algo, pero yo me quedo a gusto, si al final sirve para que alguien desista de entrar en Porcelanosa pues mejor que mejor. No tengo dudas que si esto le pasa a cualquiera de las personas que se ven por allí de “alta cuna” devuelven hasta el último céntimo. Pero claro a alguien como yo….pues te tratan como basura. No os preocupéis que os voy a llevar las 15 cajas de azulejos y os las voy a dejar en la puerta y todo bien grabado para subirlo a las redes que se entera el mayor número de gente.

Una autentica decepcion con porcelanosa.
La constructora uso materiales suyos y han salido defectuosos y no se quieren hacer cargo de cambiarlos. Vinieron a verlos en dos ocasiones y ambas personas me dijeron que eso no estaba bien que la porcelana de los lavabos estaba mal y que hablarian con fabrica quien se ha lavado las manos y no se hacen cargo.
Llevo con este tema meses.... teniendo que llamar e insistir yo en mas de 10 ocasiones y ellos fanfarroneando de que son la marca con mas garantia del mercado... UNA VERGÜENZA.

Muy mal, una impresentable

I just wanted to praise a member of the staff and the Bristol warehouse. Lizzie W took a lot of time to talk about to us about tile quality suitability sizing and the different offers they had on and was happy to be as flexible as possible on how we went about purchasing tiles should we choose to. All stuff you would expect perhaps - but she stood out.

In the end, we decided not to purchase despite a good offer, but she left a great impression on what is always quite a pleasant place to visit to dream a little. Thanks.

Jack Morgan from the Newport Road branch helped me source the tiles I needed from pictures not once but twice and also helped me with another matter. Can’t fault the guy he went over and above: sorted it all from start to finish!

We had an excellent experience at Porcelanosa Croydon. While the showroom itself is fantastic and tiles are beautiful, Kate Message, the Sales Manager, is the real reason I would confidently recommend them to my network. She is a true asset to the company and a perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like!
Simply put, Kate is a total professional - a quality that's hard to find on its own, but on top of that, she was always quick to reply, solve any issues, and was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. Kate gets straight to the point and gives practical, valuable advice while her responsiveness and customer care were amazing. No question was too small, and no request was too complicated for her to handle. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

¡Qué decepción con Porcelanossa en cuanto a su servicio postventa! La cocina en sí es preciosa, pero el servicio postventa es pésimo. No saben trabajar. No envían las piezas necesarias a tiempo para las reparaciones. Son unos incompetentes. Tardan un mes y medio en fabricar una puerta y devolverla solo para terminar la cocina, y ni siquiera conectan el grifo al suministro de agua. Es una vergüenza que una empresa tan grande se comporte así.

Shane was very pleasant and engaging. Above all, he knew all about our base requirements but also took time to show us examples of the fittings and units in the showroom, with options of some alternatives if something wasn’t to our liking when seen on the display. Overall we bottomed out a very detailed specification over a few hours and I was impressed by his patience, knowledge and professionalism. Very good👏👍

Helpful staff and a well stocked showroom helped make the choice of tiles an enjoyable experience. We were working with a contractor and although the ultimate tile order was placed through the retail side of the company Sophie Gosnell-Lee was helpful and supportive throughout. Good follow-up and support and knowledgable in providing advice and ideas. We have followed up with our own order for additional tiles and bathroom shelf.

Visited Porcelanosa in Nottingham recently and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A huge part of that was down to George, who is simply one of the best sales consultants I've come across in a long time.

George spent a considerable amount of time with me — never rushing, never pushing — just genuinely listening and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. His product knowledge is exceptional. He clearly knows the range inside out and was able to answer every question I had with confidence and precision.
