James and his team delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish, completing two phases of Drukhari to an excellent standard. The turnaround was quicker than expected, the quality was consistently high, and the NMM on the blades in particular really makes the models stand out.

They were also happy to accommodate extra requests such as magnetising and some light conversion/kitbashing, and they were always quick to respond to any questions throughout the process.

Once everything was finished and the final payment was made, the models were packed securely and posted promptly — no small feat given how thin and spiky Drukhari kits can be.

I’d highly recommend their services.

Poseidon did an incredible job for a great price - I could not be more happy with the work they have done. Custom fantasy miniatures all painted to a high quality.

I was initially a little worried as Warhammer: the Old World is less mainstream than 40k, however, I’m extremely pleased with the Grand Cathay miniatures I received. The attention to detail is excellent, with clean, precise work across every model. The colours, finishes, and overall presentation show real skill and care. A very high‑quality commission. I would definitely recommend Poseidon for someone looking for a quality painted army.

Having tried a couple of other commission companies and had either a bad or meh experience and wishing I'd saved my money and done it myself, this wasn't the case with Poseidon at all and the outcome exceeded all my expectations highly professional great communication and miniatures that will be displayed as well as gamed with. I can't recommend Poseidon enough and I will most definitely be using them again 5 well deserved stars with 2 big thumbs up as well.

These guys are a premium service, so yes they are quite expensive and yes miniatures painting to this level does take time because anything worthwhile tales time. But there is no better service in the UK for the price. The quality is incredible, and very consistent. I asked them to match some older minis as well, and without even being able to tell them what was done they did so perfectly. Incredible quality, and fast responses to emails as well. If you want great looking models this is the place to choose.

Not only did an outstanding job on the actual painting and finish of my minis, but excellent communication and shipping as well.
The paint job on the minis I requested is absolutely outstanding. James did an amazing job capturing just the look I was hoping for.
Communication was great as well. I was informed every step of the way, and got regular updates about estimated completion time.
My minis were shipped quickly, and with so much care I still use the containers they were shipped in for transporting them.

Used the studio for two boxes of miniatures required on a pretty fast turn around for a company demo day.

Paint work was to a great standard, even given the price and quality level we agreed, communication was positive and responsive and the timelines were agreeable and within what was expected and planned for.

Easily some of the best painted minis I will own. The painting was fast and the communication was great I wasn’t given a timeline but I know these things take time to do especially cause I’m from the US so being patient was no problem for me. 10/10 customer service James was great when I had any questions or just needed to talk to him about something. Awesome Minis!

So far have had phase 1 of my army project across and they are awesome, already planning ahead for phase 2.

Communication from this business was extremely poor throughout the project. Rather than being kept informed proactively, I had to repeatedly chase for updates and progress reports.

I was originally quoted a 12-week turnaround for a relatively small Kill Team project (Kasrkin). In reality, the completed project was delivered 37 weeks (263 days) after payment had been made.

I chose this company specifically because its advertised turnaround time was significantly shorter than competitors such as Siege Studios. Based on my experience, however, those timelines did not reflect the actual delivery schedule. This created expectations that were ultimately not met. In recognition of the delay, I was offered a discount for the delays off my final payment.

Overall, this was a disappointing customer experience. The quality of the painting itself is good, but the communication, project management, and customer service require significant improvement. I would encourage the owner to seek support in managing projects and client communications to ensure customers receive accurate timelines and regular updates.

overall great service and amazing skill I'm lucky enough to live within an hour of there studio and there work is incredible I've been lucky enough that the head of Poseidon is working on my models he has completed my commander shadowsun with lots more on the way amazing work even better then siege studios at a fraction of the price as well
