Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor — I was not contacted within the stated timeframe and had to chase for updates. The valuation provided was significantly below market value, particularly given the 10 items were predominantly 22K gold. Overall, the service did not match what was advertised.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Was clearing out my jewellery boxes and found a few scrap bits and bobs of 9ct and 18 ct gold, my friend told me about selling through here and ill be honest I was a bit nervous sending it once I got my pack even though it was insured.
Took it to post office at 4pm, the next day about 2pm got a call a day an offer of £780 i was gobsmacked as was thinking id be happy with about £600. Agreed to price gave the lady my bank account and sort code and had the money by 4pm.
24 hour turn around and great buying price.
I'd recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of cashing in your scrap.

Got my pack within a couple of days. Posted off a mix of gold, silver and costume jewellery and got a call back a couple of days later. Was offered much higher than I expected. I'll definitely use them again when my wife outs some more of her stuff.

I saw the advertisement on tv and send an email requesting for a paid envelope. Only took a few days after I sent it back and someone left me a message to confirm they’ve received my package. It was easy and they paid me really well for my jewelleries that I never wore anymore because some rings lost the stones and bracelets and necklaces that were broken. And I got money for it and they even added some extra on top to the value of the gold I sent just because I watched the their program on tv.
