Very pleased with my purchases and response from customer services. Products are well made and give excellent support. However, whilst my order was dispatched very quickly, FedEx were a nightmare!
Since request was made after DSE risk assessment the whole process took less than 2 weeks to have someone come out and assess my workstation until delivery of item. I am awaiting Email to book appoint... ãã£ãšèŠã

The desk converter was dispatched straight away (faster than the 2 days the website indicated).
It's not out of the box yet but this is the second one we've ordered because the first was high quality and suitable so we're getting the same now another employee requires one.
