My go to supplier for Land Rover bits ‘n’ bobs.
Good selection rapid delivery and great quality. Yes you can get it cheaper on other sites but the quality is nowhere near as good.

THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION. Powerful UK refunded the Shipping Cost, Updated their Shipping Methods & Costs, Updated Staff Training, Updated T&C's and gave a full, clear and logical update on what/how/why this happened.

Great Products BUT absolutely terrible shipping experience to Ireland, and seriously questionable responses from Powerful UK.

The item had a retail value of £26.67, shipping was a whopping £35.90... this item is very small and light (a dashcam wiring loom), small package 70mm x 80mm x 140mm, approx 0.14Kg weight

I assumed due to the high cost this P&P covered Duty etc and made a query to Powerful UK, initally US Tarrifs were blamed, then DHL was identified as the source of this calculated fee. I contacted DHL but they denyed involvement.

The package was then stopped by Irish Customs and another €21.56 Duty had to be paid... The final cost was over 300% of the retail cost... approx £85

The shipping documentation provided by Powerful UK included both the item and their inflated shipping cost; which was used for Duty calculation... SO, I paid duty on the inflated shipping costs!!! Seriously you couldn't make this stuff up.

The final response from Powerful UK aportioned blame to DHL "Premium Service" for the high postage costs as Royal Post wouldn't ship auto parts, combined with a screen shot of Powerful UK's small print T&C's.

The DHL service was "Economy Select"... In short the inflated shipping is totally unjustifed, and a source of "Sucker Revenue" for Powerful UK.

I feel totally ripped off and its a shame because I really like their products and intended being a repeat customer.

Quality parts, great service & outstanding support. Very highly recommended.

This company is top! From ordering parts to their tutorial videos, they are the best, no question.

Advertiser wrong part that doesn't fit and then argue with you that it does.

Had a terrible experience using these guys. Needed a replacement tow cover for my Range Rover Dynamic 2013. The part advertised was for the exact model. When i took it out the box i could see it would never fit unless cut and trimmed and new holes drilled etc..

They continued to say it definately fits even after showing them images and the part number printed on my original.

Then they responded with another email saying that my car had maybe had a upgraded bumper lol. What a bunch of clowns. They even had the part number and images i sent them but still would not accept they not selling a part that would fit.

Anyway i cut the part up to try make it fit and it still didnt fit as it is not the correct shape at all its much bigger. Waste of money. Binned it. Do not buy from them as you will be told you are lying, that you don't know what you doing and that they sell this to others and that they know best. Blah blah

Superb service, I simply cannot speak highly enough of the assistance and service provided by Powerful UK. I needed a minor part that Land Rover weren't able to supply themselves without providing an entire replacement set at a cost of several hundred pounds. I turned to Powerful UK to see if they had anything more cost effective that could help and the next morning (rapid dispatch and delivery too) my problem was solved. Thank you so much Alicia for helping me out. And please keep on with the informative and entertaining YouTube channel!

I bought a retrofit sunglasses holder for my defender, but initially I ordered in black. Realised it was the wrong colour and returned it. This was easy and straightforward. I then ordered the Oyster colour (more expensive than black), which was supposed to match my colour but it didn't. I returned this also, bear in mind this was ordered on 2 different order numbers and the return package slip has to have the order number on it, I was refunded the lower amount for the black sunglasses holder again. It seems they don't check their returns, nor do they check the returns slip sent, so a little disappointed by this.

I won't be ordering from them again.

Bought the expensive one from Powerful.
Part looked genuine but the mechanism was very stiff resulting in two plastic ears breaking during install. Don't know how long this part has been sat on a shelf? Done this job previously on another car and the genuine part was much smoother.

Think I'll go to local motor factors next time.

I've used PowerfulUK in the past and used them recently for some Freelander2 DRL lights. I was initially bothered that like many firms now they no longer have a phone option but I asked my questions via email and it was fine. They came back to me very quickly and gave me all the information that I needed. The DRLs are fantastic too!

LES`s gehen normalerweise nie kaputt.

Ordered dynamic mirror indicators for my f pace.
With the help of the fitting video I fitted the two pretty trouble free.
Used this company when I had a RR sport in the past. Never had an issue.
The indicators look great. Pleased.

Prompt, professional customer service, even though I was cancelling an order (it was my fault as I hadn't checked the power requirements properly)

Their team couldn't have been more helpful

Ordered the new defender rear spoiler (L663) which was dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged.
Watched the tutorial video prior to order and was particularly impressed with the fact that powerful uk supplied a tube of automotive sealant. This was an added secondary method of attaching the part that other suppliers do not provide.
The spoiler has been manufactured to accommodate led lights which was the reason for purchase in first place.
After placing order realised that the lights which can be purchased are only DLR/reverse light, thought they would supply tail/stop since it is mounted on roof vehicle.
Explained this to powerful and sent part back, refund was given within only one day of part being returned.
Will definitely be using powerful uk again in the future as have a few other mods I am going to carry out soon.
Once again the tutorial videos were a big part in deciding to go with powerful in the first place, good job guys.

Got the Discovery3/4 electrical tap-in dashcam kit (ignition feed) fantastic!!

On13/08/24 I ordered some clips for my Discovery 4, which were required quite urgently.
Standard delivery was 2~3 working days, therefore I paid the high fee of around £13 (almost double the cost of the clips) to have DHL Express Delivery, thinking this would be an overnight delivery and I would receive them at some point on 14/08/24.
I learned through DHL tracking that the item was not to be picked up until 14/08/24. Not great, but there was still the hope that it would be picked up early enough to arrive either late evening on 14th, or at least first thing on 15th.
I learned today (15/08/24), that the package will only be delivered between 5pm ~ 7pm this evening, by which time the workshop having my Discovery 4 would have closed, and another day would be lost.
I checked the full tracking details, which were now available, and the package was not actually despatched until after 4pm on 14/08/24.
On contacting the company 'Customer Service' about their 'so-called Express Service' and why the package was not despatched same day as ordered, they advised that it had been ordered after their 1pm same-day despatch cut-off time apparently in the T&C on their website, but certainly not made easily obvious to customers.
When further challenged as to why then it had not been despatched first thing the next day, especially given that the higher fees had been paid for DHL Express Delivery, it was advised that they only had one collection per day for DHL, and that was at 4pm (again apparently on their website, but again not easily obvious to customers). This is hardly what can be termed as 'Express Delivery'
At no point in the exchange was there any recognition from their side of the possibility that they had not been transparent and clear in the delivery options and criteria.
In fact the representative from their side was quite cold in the correspondence, with little apparent interest in trying to resolve the issue, or provide customer satisfaction.
They can be better described as a 'Customer Response' rather than 'Customer Service', and I shall certainly not be using them again - not that they will care, given the nature of their responses thus far.

Bought a Nextbase dashcam loom with a "Control box" that Powerful claim puts the camera to sleep when not in use - it does not, it is just a permanent live feed so the dashcam never goes off.
The responses I have had are from people who obviously have no electrical auto knowledge at all.
Beware the false advertising, it's a con.
