Unfortunately, our sales team were not aware that you system on the roof had micro-inverters installed, as this could not be identified from ground level.
The pricing changes and installation issues you described are understandably disappointing, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Situations like this usually arise from unexpected site conditions or miscommunication, and we take full responsibility for ensuring our teams are clearer and more accurate from the beginning.
We appreciate you acknowledging the discount offered, but we understand that it doesn’t make up for the stress caused.

It’s unacceptable that your installation was booked for the wrong day and that the necessary clearance from your energy retailer hadn’t been confirmed. We understand how valuable your time is, and you should never have had to take unnecessary unpaid leave. While we’re glad we were able to compensate you for the initial error, we completely agree that the situation should not have occurred in the first place.

We also apologise for the confusion around the installation process. You should have been clearly informed that certain solar benefits only commence once the energy company updates the meter, and we understand how this lack of clarity caused further inconvenience. This is feedback we’re taking seriously, and we are reviewing our communication process to ensure customers receive complete and accurate information from the start.
