Excellent service and stealth delivery…

Excellent service and stealth delivery on my order with great communications. I have no problems giving this company top marks on everything and would definitely recommend to others. Top job guys, I’ll be back for sure

Bosch Rotak 40.

Item received quickly and was as advertised. Very pleased with lawnmower, and a reasonable saving compared to other retailers.

Telephone support

Price great, but found contact by phone abrupt, disinterested. Delivery was prompt but the telephone operator said it was not possible for her to give dispatch information. This seems to be a fault in your systems.
I particularly needed telephone support at the time, due to poroblems with my own internet connection.

Hi Mr Honeysett

Thank you for your feedback. Because of the size of the product it is delivered by our pallet carrier and they do not give tracking information online. Apologies if you felt the response you received wasn't satisfactory, we endeavor to give as much information as we have access to. We hope you enjoy using your shredder.

Good company

Competitive price, quickly delivered ( I bought a shredder) I am happy with their service. Only point to improve (may not be their fault) would be to send a message to inform about the delivery day.
