Everything went extremely well. items were easy to order, arrived promptly and fitted superbly. Before finding powertoolspares website, I didn't even know that the parts existed.

placed my order on a Sunday had an email on Monday saying it was dispatched, Tuesday the parts where at my door, Just what I had order and at great price for parts and postage.

I ordered and paid for some spares for a Makita sander on 15/8/2018. I received an order confirmation e-mail and also the Invoice as well as my order no. I also received a e-mail that my order has been dispatched on 17/8/2018. Up until now 5/11/2018 I havent received any tracking number or feedback about the order again. I tried to contact PowerToolSpares via the website by filling in a querie mail form. Nobody from PowerToolSpares tried to contact me again. I am getting desperate now. Not satisfied with the service at all.

I did a bit of research on the net before ordering the part for my Ryobi table saw – I used this company purely on price – But was more than happy with their speed of delivery too :-)

I have searched for months to find a set of motor brushes for a very, very old circular saw. One company I found in the UK had them but would not ship to Australia. Thank you, PowerToolSpares for not only having exactly what I needed but you had no problem shipping them to me.
My antique saw now works perfectly!

My palm router's base had become damaged and I was about to buy a whole new base when I stumbled upon the PTS website.
What a bonus, I was able to order just the plastic base protector for £4 rather than having to splash out £25 to replace the whole base (that was otherwise servicable).
