Avoid PPS
Used pps last week. Called to say we were 30mins from the airport, we were left standing there for 15mins for them to arrive once we got there.
Airport security approached us after the guy had driven off and asked who our meet and greet was. When we told them PPS they informed us he was a 'one man band' and had been tail gating other cars out of the airport to cut his costs. Meanwhile car owners were getting massive fines on their return.
On our return, we called once we had collected our luggage (as requested by PPS) and waited 45mins for our car to be dropped off.
Got into my car and seemed fine until I turned my first corner. It was making a terrible clunking noise and felt as though my wheel was about to fall off. Took my car to a garage the next day and long story short they had snapped my coil spring and top suspension strut mount. Over £250 worth of damage caused. God knows what they were doing in my car while I was away.
