Pragmatic Marketing has been an instrumental framework for how we look at the functions of Product Marketing, Product Management and Demand Generation within our organization. I have had the pleasure of implementing the Pragmatic Marketing framework at multiple technology companies with great success. We don't authorize a single product initiative without a rigorous voice of customer process that is underpinned by NIHITO and Win/Loss taught by Pragmatic Marketing. I Highly recommend that any technology product professional get their certifications and add these skills to their arsenal.

The Pragmatic Institute training is a brilliant course, the teachers are engaging and extremely knowledgeable. The class is very interactive even when taken on line. They have an option for a dedicated training tailored to your team which I imagine would be a great asset for any company who can afford it. I took the class training and still greatly benefited from them

I found attending Pragamtic Institute courses in a workshop format with my colleagues extremely useful. We got a clear framework to divide work amongst different parts of the team, learnt some best practices from the industry and had tonnes of fun during the session thanks to our amazing trainers

Great program, relevant content, great instructors.

I've taken about 6 of the courses and plan to take the data science course in the future. The best thing about the program is access to the library of source materials that you can curate and customize for your own purposes.

I found the templates actionable and was able to leverage them with colleagues that might struggle to align to vision, values and priorities for Product Mgmt.

Diane Pierson was an amazing instructor. Overall, I thought the course content was relevant, up-to-date, had great visual examples and interactivity through the use of "Mentimeters", and was very informative. I found the "Focus" and "Build" courses especially valuable for my role as a Product Manager.

I would definitely take another Pragmatic Institute training.

This was my third PI training and I absolutely loved it! It was beautifully organized and delivered. I can't wait to implement at my company.

Fantastic courses, engaging instructor, relevant content, immediately actionable artifacts, and great slide decks for facilitating the training. Overall, I loved the training and look forward to using it to help our team!

A great course with solid fundamentals. I'd recommend this to people across customer success, marketing, growth, product, engineering, sales and support. There's a wealth of resources and the course works well remotely.

Now to get down to implementing it business-wide!

For the price I paid, the course was too basic.

Love that we were able to collaborate and learn with our own team members along with peers from other companies. The fact that the instructors have deep experience in the field makes all the difference. Looking forward to my next class!

Too expensive for mostly boilerplate content, without many real-life and practical insights. Too few hours of training for given cost.

Likely 5 stars if we'd had the course in person. But for an online course, this was very well done. Being not American I don't use words like Excellent, wonderful, fantastic etc.

Pragmatic is the most trustworthy provider of product management training. I had enrolled in three of their courses shortly after I became a product manager. These courses gave me the right foundation needed to start my product management career. Over the past 6 years, I have taken 6 courses. Each course is exactly a day long, so it is easy to find time to do it. Their course instructors are experts in the fields. I recently took 2 of their courses online. I can vouch that they were just as effective as classroom courses.

very good session but lacking real world examples. for example FedEx was good and maybe a few others but not enough
