We had another fantastic experience at Pragnells in Stratford upon Avon. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality, and to Johnathan for guiding us through their new Amalfi range. Beautiful bracelets, superb customer service as always, and a wonderful way to spend an hour on a Saturday afternoon.

I recently had the absolute privilege of purchasing my first-ever Rolex—the spectacular Deepsea D-Blue—from Pragnell, and I cannot praise my Sales Consultant, Mengdi, highly enough. She is quite simply the reason Pragnell has earned a lifelong client.

Our seamless experience actually began a week before we even set foot in the Stratford-upon-Avon showroom. Mengdi and I communicated closely via WhatsApp and telephone calls to arrange the details. Throughout that entire week, she was absolutely brilliant—responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was perfectly aligned before we agreed on the deal.

When my family and I arrived for the collection, Mengdi made us feel instantly welcome, comfortable, and valued. Purchasing a watch of this calibre is a major life milestone for me, and she treated the occasion with the exact reverence and excitement it deserved. What truly set Mengdi apart was how wonderfully accommodating she was to my wife and our young children. She went completely out of her way to look after them and ensure they were happy, turning what could have been a stressful showroom visit with kids into a flawless, memorable, and joyful family experience.

Throughout the entire process, Mengdi was the definition of professionalism. She was remarkably patient, warm, and deeply understanding of my needs. Her communication was impeccably clear, transparent, and concise, ensuring we were fully informed and completely happy at every single stage of the journey. There was never any pressure—only genuine expertise and a passion for world-class hospitality.

I also want to extend my compliments to the rest of the team at Pragnell; every single member of staff we encountered was polite, welcoming, and attentive.

I am incredibly proud to have purchased this landmark timepiece from such an outstanding Authorised Dealer. I had a great experience buying a preowned but unworn Jaeger-LeCoultre watch. I bought online after chatting with Andrew Edwards in the Stratford upon Avon preowned watch showroom on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the watch and very helpful. The purchase process was smooth and the watch arrived very quickly, beautifully and securely packaged. I cannot fault any aspect of the whole experience.

I would give Pragnell 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

From the very beginning, I was treated as a serious client, which I really appreciated.

I was incredibly happy to receive my first Rolex in my preferred configuration: a Datejust 41 blue dial Jubilee/fluted — a very sought-after combination.

From the very beginning, Sunil took the time to really understand what I would like and somehow managed to select the perfect model for me which was unexpectedly available. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personal approach made the whole experience feel incredibly special.

My husband and son both commented on how helpful, professional, and genuine Sunil was throughout the process. Sunil guided them with such care and made them feel completely confident in their choice. It was also incredibly kind of him to offer us the opportunity to purchase such a beautiful watch.

He kept me waiting for so long with no watch.
Dangling the carrot with other pieces but nothing I wanted. I am very disappointed and I am never going to Pragnell again. Reviews online from popular YouTubers say the same thing about this place. Avoid avoid avoid.

Don’t waste precious time.

Awful customer service from them, were rude and unhelpful- always thought they were a good customer service business but left very disappointed.

I could not speak more highly of Marc Gillings and the team at Pragnells in Stratford upon Avon. From the moment both myself and my wife were met at the door to the moment we left the showroom, everyone was a delight and we were made to feel welcome. Marc specifically spent time ensuring our new purchase was handed over in such a positive and professional manner. He was without doubt the reason we will be back in the future. We were never rushed or not listened to. In fact Marc was an exceptional listener, in terms of our needs etc. A lovely experience and it will be remembered.

From start to finish, the best experience I could have asked for. The team there specifically Amie were so welcoming and made it easy to find the desired style I was after. I highly recommend them and with a beautiful show room that is a full service jeweller you don't need to go anywhere else

Registered my interest in a plain smooth bezel Datejust 5 years ago. Nothing fancy. I even made a second and a third visit to confirm my interest. I even made a small purchase to get my details on the system.

Anyway. I eventually gave up as it’s clear the game you must play on order to get sold a Rolex from here.

I was fully willing to show my loyalty to this company if I were to receive the piece.

I’ve managed to get 2 date justs, a ladies datejust, an oyster perpetual and a sub date from a different AD. I have also purchased 2 Omegas, 2 Tags, a Tudor and a Breitling elsewhere.

It’s such a shame as I’d much prefer to support this company over a chan like Goldsmiths.

The older sales reps seem grumpy and look down at you if I’m honest. Maybe if I put a suit on and looked the part my experience would have been different? But that’s not me.

The only really nice guy was Marc; but I guess he has to please his high-value clients first. Which is understandable.

I was looking for a Rolex as a present, I registered interest in a number of jewellers from Exeter to Cardiff to the midlands. A couple of chain type jewellers actually recommended I contact Pragnell which is recommendation in itself.
Marc Gillings was outstanding, as soon as new pieces arrived he would contact me with photos and videos.
When we finally settled on a watch he made the experience of collecting the watch very enjoyable. He spent time showing us around Pragnell which you could tell he was very proud to work with. His enthusiasm, excitement and expertise shone through making it a genuinely enjoyable experience.
I cannot recommend Pragnells and Marc enough, they stand as stark contrast compared with the others.

I visited the Pragnell store in Leicester recently as I was looking for something special for my wife’s 50th. I have to say Russell and Josh and the team at Pragnell really pulled out all the stops to help me and managed to get me a fabulous present for her birthday, something to really remember. They also helped with making the handover a surprise. My wife knew nothing about it and they made a special effort in the shop to make the experience one she’ll never forget I can’t thank them all enough.

Dermot was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Very happy with the service provided by Pragnell. Felt comfortable and at home. No pushy seller which was refreshing to find.

I would highly recommend a visit to Pragnell in Leicester, if you have something special in mind. From the initial phone call, to attending my appointment and finalising a purchase, the whole process was a very slick operation.
All the staff members were, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My sales person Dermot Ray, was very professional, knowledgable but most of all nothing was too much trouble. I can say from start to finish, he made the experience of shopping at Pragnell’s 10 /10.

When in London earlier last month I stopped by Pragnell and showed what I thought was a bad scratch on my PP Chocolate Chrono Aquanaut, Sunill Madhvani looked at it and god knows how made it all disappear, such a pro and such a kind man.
I told him he was a magician, to which he responded now you need to buy me a watch, I said fair enough, I'll get another Aquanaut, he laughed and said, I might be a magician but I don't make miracles...!!!

I went into Pragnells in Stratford with the hope of getting a new watch and had perhaps the best shopping experience I've had to date, incredibly welcoming from the off, I dealt with Connor who was so so knowledgeable about all the timepieces and couldn't of done anymore to help, even gave me a tour of the new showroom and workshop which are second to none! Walked out that same day with a brand new stunning watch and I can't wait to go back again for the next, really can't recommend these guys enough, it's absolutely top tier! Thank you!
