Wrong item sent
Good price and speed of delivery but I was sent the wrong product. Ordered foot cream and was sent a foot mousse. I didn’t return it, as didn’t want the aggravation and I will use the mousse, it was just not what I ordered!

Ordered 1000 blue shoe covers
Ordered 1000 blue shoe covers. Very poor quality. Very thin. Constantly tearing as we try to separate them from each other.
Had to order what we required from another company.
For obvious reasons, we will not be purchasing any further items from this company based on our first, and now our last experience.
I understand there is a 14 day money back guarantee. However, rather than have the hassle of repacking and returning items, it is easy to chalk this episode up as a life lesson.
In addition, it took DHL an extra 3 days to deliver from delivery date stated.

I originally ordered the wrong size of a product I desperately needed. I sent an an email and followed up with a quick phone call to explain. The service I received was just brilliant. The correct sized product was despatched the same day and arrived the very next day. Highly recommended.
