Law firm dropped case
Agency won't release records without law firm orders despite above
Experts remain a joke
- carried out survey of health
- failed to integrate GP records
- failed to release my own records

I would like to specially appreciate Ms. Shabinabanu Sheikh for her excellent customer service and professional support. She is always polite, helpful, and respectful while dealing with patients. Her friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to help make patients feel comfortable and valued. For a medical profession they do medical reports but forget things drastically wrong.

When you challenge them I don't like it they will report you to your solicitor which I didn't car.

Once the case is closer, I Will be reporting them to the GMC hopefully get them struck off

Non-fault multi-vehicle collision in 2019, left me with severe neck and back injuries which were downplayed by Clinician.
Visits ignored GP/Hospital appointments, tests and MRI results, consisting of a paper Q/A (now lost) and a few limb exercises.
Informed my Insurers at the time too, the case is still ongoing.

Dr.Patel showed great care and professionalism during the same day appointment (consultation) for my chest pain & determine the appropriate course action . She was very personable , shows genuine care and I am grateful for her kindness.
The e consultation service worked smoothly and thanks for that too.

My appointment was for 1 hour from 1pm to 2pm, I was seen it 1:20 pm and finished by1:45pm.
The doctor was extremely elderly and had no pics of my MRI on screen and the examination took all of I minute.
So road accident March 04 2024 and avulsion of the short head of the bicep muscle, that is the muscle snapped from my shoulder just 6 weeks later turning my arm around to pick up a glass of water.
This Doctor thought it had nothing to do with the accident. Dismissing the avulsion he put it in my notes as wear and tear, although he never mentioned it to me of my husband.
Terrible service, terrible doctor.

The first doctor missed symptoms of nerve damage, the second rude late and insulting.
One health said the worst of all for replies

For many years I have used Premier Medical as an agency to arrange appointments on behalf of my clients. For litigated matters that are time sensitive and complicated, I will always contact Rob Cogdon directly. Rob is efficient, organised and direct. Thank you for the great job you do. I apologise for not leaving this review long ago.

Definitely doesn’t follow the statement “where your health is our priority”. Absolutely impossible to get in touch or book an appointment. Impossible to reach via the phone and the app is constantly having issues and unable to book anything. Had blood tests cancelled on me 3 times because the nurses were sick, doctors constantly late. My daughter’s 8 week check up was late by an hour and no update or apology, while I have a baby with less than an hour wake up window surrounded by everyone sneezing and coughing in the waiting area. Having to wait for the documents that I paid for £130 for 2 weeks (and it’s not stated on the website the timeframes), why you pay this sort of money, you expect some sort of a decent service, and not being pushed around because everyone is disrespectful to you and lazy. The staff expects respect, but doesn’t respect it’s patients. It’s quicker to crawl under the rock and die than get a treatment, even when it’s just a 2 page form that you pay a significant amount of money.

The staff is just rude and not helpful. Even not find a way to help the customer! A simple re-schedule to some day after 15:00. And the answer is simply NO. Not a single day in 2024 have time slot after 15:00. And cancel the booking directly without my agreement! What a joke for this kind of service.

The office staff is terrible about responding. My husband has been out of his meds for 2 days. If they don't do something to improve they're employers I'm gonna find a different office. This has happened more than once. I even went up in person. Still waiting for meds.

Premier medical doctors are amazing but the reception staff are not so polite. I was running late for an appointment due to road closures and traffic. I arrived at my appointment 20 mins late and asked a receptionist by the name of Ornella if i could still be seen and explained that i do not live local and why i was late. I was told i missed my slot and there are patients after me. I said ok but could she still ask the doctor if she would see me if at all possible and i would be happy to wait. Another patient came in after me who was also late because of the road closures and she was so rude to him he ended up walking out and leaving. The patients who were already waiting complained of the same thing.

After sitting down a few minutes had passed, so i asked the same receptionist by the name of Ornella if she could ask the doctor and she told me abruptly well i can't just go in there whilst the doctor is with a patient, so i said to her all you need to say is yes or no as how you have responded was not necessary. The doctor was unable to see me and i made an appointment for 25/05/2023. I attended my appointment ON TIME and spoke to the receptionist supervisor who was apologetic and said she will keep this in mind. When i was called in by the doctor i headed into the room with my 2 children and husband and the receptionist supervisor i just raised my concerns with came rushing out and said you are not all allowed to go in the room together so one of you have to wait outside. The doctor did not mind or seem concerned and allowed us in the room together. As i went in i said to the receptionist supervisor i will bear this in mind for future appointments as did not know a family could not go into see a doctor. I have been going to Premier Medical for almost 34 years and the staff and Notaney doctors have been fantastic but my recent experience was not the experience i am used too. I hope my future appointments will be better as me and my family members have attended this practice for many years.

Premier Medical Group Ltd of Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1ES are responsible for serious delay and inaccuracy in my medical report, resulting in my case still not being settled after seven months. Premier Medical, instructed by solicitors Slater and Gordon, examined me on 19 Nov last year following a road accident which took place on 17 October. I was a passenger in a car driven by my partner. Another car crashed into the back of us at a roundabout. The other driver admitted liability. We were both diagnosed with concussion and whiplash by our GP. Premier Medical took three months to send their report, and when it did arrive, on 20 February, it didn’t mention concussion at all. The Premier Medical report said the car that hit us was travelling at ‘low speed’. Destroying the back end of the car, causing the suspension to collapse, doing about £5,000 worth of damage, writing off the car, and causing both driver and passenger to be diagnosed with concussion and whiplash, which is what happened, hardly seems consistent with ‘low speed’. I rejected the report and followed up with an email and a phone call to the law firm, Slater and Gordon, asking them to request that my GP’s diagnosis be added to the report. They said they’d send it back to Premier Medical.
Slater and Gordon sent me a revised report in March. It said that I said I had concussion, but again it didn’t say my GP had diagnosed me with concussion. I rejected it again and asked Slater and Gordon to ask Premier Medical’s doctor to add the doctor’s diagnosis of concussion to his report.
The third version of the report arrived from Slater and Gordon on 18 May. It still doesn’t say that my GP diagnosed concussion. It says ‘Mr Jones reports that he ‘suffered a mild head injury (concussion) which resolved after 2 weeks’. The difference is important. The GP’s diagnosis of concussion carries more weight, and should be in the report. It shouldn’t be controversial or in any doubt, because it’s on my medical record. But if that diagnosis is not put in the report, it reduces the value of the claim. There were other problems with the third version of the report. In it, the Premier Medical doctor wrote that ‘The claimant clearly stated at the time of the examination that the neck symptoms had resolved.’ I did not state any such thing to him at the examination. I told him quite clearly that treatment by the physiotherapist was continuing, and he seemed quite happy with this explanation. There were in fact four further appointments with the physiotherapist after Premier Medical examined me, the last one being on 18 January 2023, on which date I was discharged by the physiotherapist.
I would like to know why Premier Medical have produced three versions of their medical report and in every one of them, they have ignored my request to add the GP’s diagnosis of concussion. Have they been told to reduce the value of claims in order to save costs? I would advise anyone to avoid using this company if this is the level of service they provide.
