Top service!

Hele fijne en goede service, zeker een aanrader!

Onlangs heb ik door premiums een reis website laten maken. De website is super mooi geworden. Ik ben heel blij met het model, lettertype etc.
Top gedaan! Ik geef jullie een 9

I've paid almost € 900,- for a website to be build with four pages in July '23.
Its now 26-11-'23. Still not finished.
In the beginning i had things to do so i did not check or made contact with them to change things. After i did what i had to do. I started to call them regarly so i can start my business. There is not much on the pages. Only one page is gonna be filled with pics and videos.
After they finished the site to show me the layout of the site.
I saw some thing that needed to be changed.
After mailing them alot of times and calling them. They changed things but also changed some things i didn't ask for. So then i to mail or call to telll to change it back to it's original position. These things happend multible times. I'm still waiting for some changes to be made. Last Friday I spend two hours on the phone to change some things in the footer (the buttom) of website. He said to me it changed to lower position. Today, a day later i checked. It changed indeed but to the opposite direction.
If you tell me it changed to down cause you see that on your screen and when I look a day later it went up.
Do i need to say you more?
In the last six weeks i watched the site closely so i could see the progress of the changes i've asked them to make.
In five working days nothing had changed on the site.
When I called on the fifth day, to let them
change things immediately that person will take notes, but can't change a thing.
So I had to wait untill they change something in their time.
Im no expert but nobody gonna tell me that it does take hours to change a few simple things on a website.
These are the things i wanted to be changed last friday 24-11-'23.
1. Lower things at the buttom (words)
2. Change shape of letters
3. Make the pictures wider (2pictures)
4. Put a capital letter
That was it but for some reason he couldn't do it in those two hours I was on the phone with him.

Once i called and asked for a manager.
He told me: I would be called and within a half hour everything would be fixed on the website.
The day i got called the guy could not do the things I asked him to change.
So another week passes by.
3 Or 4 times they told me that Friday it's gonna be finished. They lied 3 or 4 times cause it didn't finish in those 3, 4 times.

Better pay a little more at another company.
Them going for their discount of premiumwebsites.

Mooie website en goede klantenservice. Altijd bereid om extra diensten te leveren.

Wordt veel beloofd als ze iets willen verkopen, Dat is helaas iets anders verlopen, Contact best slecht. Steeds contact met iemand anders, Daar ga je van balen. Uiteindelijk na veel 5en en 6en wel een website. Niet heel speciaal maar alle waren naar z"n geld. Goed zichtbaar op google en alles werkt naar behoren dus,,,,Aanraden nee. Maar ik zie ook geen reden om weg te lopen.

Ik heb contact opgenomen met dit geweldige bedrijf om mijn web te maken, ik ben echt verrast door deze geweldige kwaliteit.
Ze voltooien de site in een recordtijd met behoud van kwaliteit en streven ernaar om de klant tevreden te stellen.
Mijn advies aan iedereen, dit bedrijf is uitstekend en ik raad aan om ermee samen te werken om uw web te doen

Leuke mensen en een prettig, rustig sfeer.

This people don’t work correctly whit me they send me in incasso only because we told whit telefoon we don’t have contact they don’t work whit my websites I don’t agree for nothing whit them 😳only they send me one example end send me for incasso 😳for next people when you call this company they worked threatening😳

Een bedrijf wat keurig en snel werkt en eindresultaat is keurig. maar minder is dat er weinig mee gedacht wordt en veel zelf, als onwetende, zelf moet uit zoeken.
Had meer betrokkenheid verwacht.

Heb hier de website van mijn bedrijf laten maken en meer als tevreden geweest met het resultaat het meedenken zowel afspraak op kantoor waar ze de tijd voor je nemen tot het regelen via de telefoon. Zolang je communiceert zijn er veel mogelijkheden binnen dit bedrijf! Kortom goede ervaring en ik zal zeker terug komen als ik weer een website nodig heb!

Ik had nogal haast met mijn website in verband met een expositie van mijn schilderijen in het vooruitzicht.
Daarbij komt dat ik zelf een verschrikkelijke digibeet ben en niet makkelijk communiceer via de computer, maar wel denk te weten hoe mijn website er uit zou moeten zien. Dat werd er voor mij een niet makkelijk traject. Maar mijn website is er gekomen met ongetwijfeld veel geduld bij premiumsWebsites. Ik ben er dik blij mee zoals de website er uit ziet.

Tot zover goed geholpen en site ziet er al behoorlijk naar wens uit.
