After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed on the 10th after the cut-off time, meaning it was processed on the next working day and delivered on the 13th. Disappointing quality

I purchased the microwaveable bagpuss for a gift. It arrived quicker than I expected. Unfortunately I don’t feel I can give it to the person as it does not look like bagpuss apart from the colour, the eyes, nose and mouth are too far up on the face the material feels extremely cheap. Fortunately it’s free to return items back to Prezzybox for a refund and it was very easy to set the return up. The customer service is very good, Martha and Kate responded to my complaint quickly.
