Price Bailey appear to have misrepresented their role in Probate
Price Bailey did Probate Accounting for my Fathers will. They have since claimed that they just did administration but the Executor and Family Lawyer say they did it all. They have lied it appears.
They have just lied to avoid their duty of care.
I told them my disabled wife has been threatened to agree to a prima facie fraudulent loan included by them in Probate..they refused to address this by the above lie and are just hiding from whats been done. They have flatly ignored a written complaint.Its sad to see professionals blaming each other when they have failed to do their jobs and its ruined my wifes life...they are the worst face of professionals.
The person who did the work is a specialist Probate Accountant at the firm and yet they have tried to pretend they have no duty to ensure the accuracy of the work they have done but simply lying as to their role. Its disgusting they should be barred.
