I ordered a samsung a26 5g of them a quick delivery-very good battery life but major body damage that was visible from over 1 metre away other then that super happy with it but I am not Shure if the screen is a true gorilla glass invictus +.
From google it says the samsung a26 5g is waterproof to 1 metre but this definitely was not
bit disappointed but its not the end of the world

I purchased an LG washer/dryer and was informed that the item was currently out of stock, so I opted to wait for the stock to arrive believing that it wouldn't take to long to arrive.
I waited about a week and had not heard back from Pricefactor so I gave them a call. They told me the item was still out of stock but were expecting a shipment on a given date. So I waited and then called back on the said date to complete the order only to be told that the stock had still not arrived and that it will be arriving on a different date. So I waited again, rang back, they were still out of stock.
Eventually, the stock arrived and the order was placed, the washing machine arrived a week later.
The machine arrived with a damaged lid and dents on the side panel caused internally. I rang Pricefactor to report the damage and they said they will need to arrange for the washing machine to be picked up at some point in the following week and that they can only process a refund once they have received the machine back into their warehouse. They were not able to reorder a machine at this time despite their website stating that there was stock available.
In summary, I've had to wait about 3 weeks for a damaged washing machine to arrive which is now sat in my kitchen as a giant paper weight. I have to wait for it to be picked up and arrive back in their warehouse before I can receive a refund, then I will have to place a new order and face further delays

We ordered an LG washer/dryer. Attracted by the price, we were delighted when the product came. The only downside was that it took a LONG time to come and the company's ability to answer the question as to when it would arrive was just to keep repeating that their despatch department would be in touch.

however, the price was so good that we can forgive the slow delivery.

Ordered my LG washing machine with a 7-10 day delivery leadtime. Company contacted me and delivered the machine the next day !. Driver phoned an hour before he would be there, I left work and driver arrived exactly on the hour. Truck had a lift on the back, and machine was rolled into position.

Excellent company will use again.

As they offered the best price on the product, I ordered and also paid for the silver delivery service.... 5 working days. An email acknowledged my purchase and said "Your parcel will be delivered within the time specified by the delivery option you have chosen." No further correspondence occurred so on the 5th working day I telephoned and was promised delivery the next day. This did happen but technically it could be argued that I should have been offered a refund for the silver service because they did not fulfil that part of the contract. Overall I'm satisfied, but lack of communication lets this firm down.

I recently bought an LG washing machine from Pricefactor. I'd done my research and this was the cheapest I had found the model I wanted. I had a query so I telephoned and was impressed by helpful and friendly Steve, the person I spoke to, was. I placed my order online on New Year's eve, didn't opt for the speedy 5 day delivery as I was in no hurry and saw no reason to pay the extra for the service. I was very surprised, then, when 4 working days later I was notified that my machine would arrive the following Monday!
I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I received a phone call to tell me my machine would be delivered within the hour, and so it was! No waiting in all day, no hassle, no stress. Would DEFINITELY trade with Pricefactor again - why can't they all be like that?

I ordered my Bosch washing machine last week Monday and received it Wednesday. I was hesitant to order however when I called them I got through to a uk call centre and all went well. I recommend these guys and would order again from them for my home appliances.

I was a bit appreensive about ordering my washing machine from this company having read some review comments on the internet. I need not have worried... ordered my washing machine and made a hash of the order (my fault as I ordered a silver finish instead of white finish). I 'phoned Pricefactor and found them to be polite, helful and extremely efficient. A lady named Marie sorted out my order which was finalised by 2pm and I spent the extra £20 for a 'within 7 day delivery'. To my surprise, it arrived by noon the next day and the dleivery guys were extremely cooperative - taking it to where I wanted it in the kitchen and helped me unpack it and alowed me to inspect it before signing for receipt. I'm delighted with my purchase and got a great deal - approx £60-£90 lower than other suppliers. Highly recommended, will definately use again.

Ordered LG American Fridge Freezer, took approx 6 weeks for delivery, even though the website said in stock. Phone call on the Saturday to say fridge would be delivered on Monday, We informed them that no one would be in from 1pm. no alternative offered.
Delivery drivers watched my wife struggle to get a gate off as fridge was to wide. Insisting they required £35 to take the doors off. When they got it in the house they took a 2" chunk out of our new formed arch way, before deciding that the doors did need to come off to get it in. So it cost £35 to get it into position, when the chunk of missing wall was mentioned the driver said " I informed you there maybe some damage" and shrugged his shoulders.
All packaging materials left scattered over the dining room and garden.

Ordered an side by side fridge freezer, delivered as promised. Well recommended..

I received my Bosch Tumble Dryer within 48 hours of ordering. It arrived on time as promised. I would definitely recommend this company
