Mystery hotel 50% of details incorrect
More expensive than other websites
And doesnt include free cancellation like cheaper bookings
Contact messaging is a waste of time
TOO dangrous for cruise or flight bookings your flight may leave froma different country on different day avoid

Advertised a stay with FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS,
i've booked the hotel, then later on tried to arrange the transfers to be told that it is not included.

i have the confirmation email, advert both stating that the transfer is free of charge.

Ive told them i will be submitting the receipts and expect to be reimbursed which they told me to send over.

once i arrived at the airport i book a taxi to find out its going to cost a total of £120 for a return journey. more then what i paid for the hotel.

i submit the receipts to be told they will offer $12USD on my next booking.

as if i am planning on booking with this misleading and false advertising company again however this is the uk, what good is USD to me?

Claim to be CHEAPEST RATES but charged us £65 MORE THAN BOOKING DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL.
I will NEVER deal with this company again and WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THE SAME

Scam ... I've booked 3 hotel with them and all the time says tourist taxes and fees included but then I have to pay again at the hotel. I've ask for a refund including evidences of my booking but they just refused without logical explanation. They don't even cancelled my account after requesting it , probably to keep on selling my information.

Worst customer service ever. It's easy to give a good review if every thing is smooth but you only find out what a company is truly like when you need assistance to sort a problem. Booked an express deal at a Gatwick Hotel and checked that shuttle service was available as flying into Gatwick one evening and back out the next morning. When got details of which hotel, checked with them and no shuttle service available. Return taxi would cost nearly as much as the hotel stay. Explained to Priceline that their advertising is incorrect and misleading. 2 online chats, 4 Whatsapp chats. Always same story, have escalated, someone will contact you, will reply within 5 days but nothing. Over 2 months later receive an email to say it's a non refundable deal and you should use a taxi. Refusing to refund even though it's their clear mistake with description. Just do not use this company, worst ever. 1 star is too generous

This is the worst booking site I have ever experienced.
Staff at the chat line are useless,
After chatting for over two hours on line and got nowhere and no help at all. Just grab your money and don’t care. Any further issues they are not interested and not capable to resolve.

Warning: do NOT use their blind reservation site. They booked me into a hotel with a room that has no window for five nights. How is that legal and how is it legal for Priceline to advertise hotel with rooms to let without windows??
And no changes or cancellation allowed?

This company is a scam, I was duped of over 2500 Pounds within 2 days. I was told that I will be working on their platform as a booking agent and get paid commission for all work done. Not knowing that they will collect your money to do tasks and never get the commission nor the capital put in. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Definitely avoid this company, I booked flights UK Alabama, cancelled within allocated time, but no refund, thankfully credit card company dealt with this.

Terrible customer service, very poor knowledge of English, very hard work, I spent hours trying to resolve refund but was lied to.

Booked an Orlando car rental through Priceline and NU Car Rental and Action Car Rental, what an absolute RIP-OFF!!!! Priceline(ref 553-065-713-38) quoted me $811.05 (£648.76) for 16 days car rental which I THOUGHT was a good price! That’s where I went wrong.Picked the car up from Action Car Rental McCoy Road, where surprise surprise, the TOTAL cost of the rental went up to $1466.57!!!!!!! Numerous “Add-ons” charged, APO concession fee $63.63(what’s that), licence rec fee $52.64, Fl surcharge $32.80, customer facility charge $56.00, Road side $63.84, loss damage waiver $399.84 Then on top of that I was told that every toll infraction would cost $25 each ( bearing in mind most tolls are “charged by tag” so I was obliged to go for the prepaid tolls @ $11.99 per day ($191.84). Basically my “bargain” car rental cost more than doubled!! On top of that the car was filthy, covered in dents and scratches (which I had to mark on an IPad or I’d be charged for them). I was told that I had been charged a $200 deposit refundable when I returned the car) although this is not shown on the paperwork. When I returned the car, again I was told that the $200 deposit would be returned to my credit card- of course it hasn’t)!! In future I will stick with my usual rental company Holiday Rentals, and vow NEVER a to use Priceline, NU or Action car rentals who are in my opinion RIP-OFF merchants!!!!!! (By association)!!!

Dear UK customers: Don’t trust Priceline’s free cancellation…

*Booked a hotel with free cancellation
*paid with GBP card (USD was converted to GBP)
*Cancelled the hotel two days later
*Received partial refund (nearly 10% reduction from currency exchange)
* Priceline customer service said money was paid in full in USD
* I should not have lost a penny/cent when booking a “free cancellation” hotel
*booked the same hotel on Booking.com (even cheaper) and although card details were given, they didn’t withdraw the money for the same reservation.
* Priceline immediately charges “free cancellation” reservations, exchange rate is outrageous too, and there is no warning !!!

Very disappointed with Priceline and overall experience was horrible!

tried to a book a hotel through their website. They stated that the booking did not complete. I tried 4 more times, the only outcome was that they took payment 4 times but never supplied a booking id.

There customer service just bounce you over to their parent company even though the parent company cannot help due to no booking ID.

Quite clearly a cowboy operation..

Extra Tax to pay, over the price and not even a tax number.

When payment taken £2 extra as well.

I went to their website, they were a reasonable price, they said extra discount email me a code, 10% off, but that code did not work.

It also advertised a price of £63, then it says + taxes and fees. So that went to £79.97

Their website then would not take the payment, so went to Live Chat, and they said could take payment over he phone but at £76 + taxes and fees.

In the end went from Firefox to Edge and chose G-Pay, but then G-Payment went through and it showed £81.97 - I have screenshots with lower amount, but they will not resolve any issues.

Staff must be stressed, he said be patient and toggling between 8 live chats, how can anyone do that and resolve anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute incompetent customer service. Terrible company. No morales and no intention of refunding customers if there’s cancellations.

In California, rental car companies do not automatically provide liability protection as part of the standard rental agreement.
A minimum primary liability protection is required by law.

I booked a car for hire through priceline. They knew the car was being collected from a location in California. I was not asked if I had third party liability insurance. I was not asked if I was a US resident.

There are various unavoidable taxes levied on car hire (this is a mechanism for politicians to raise funds without taxing constituents) The confirmation email I received from priceline included a total for taxes and fees. As sales tax is usually added at the point of payment, I assumed this was all.

In fact, both the stated car hire price and taxes and charges were understated in the headline price.

I was quoted $28 for the hire and $30.19 for taxes & fees
In fact, the car hire was $34.02, total of taxes was $57.78 and another $139.93 for the insurance.

All in, the price for hire was 58% higher than what I was quoted and a whopping 298% higher once insurance was taken into account. Although I accept I could have done more research regarding the insurance. There is no way the headline price was achievable and therefore priceline.com is deliberately misleading customers to achieve a sale.

Booked a hotel through Priceline via a work travel site. The reason for the stay was to attend an event which was cancelled at less than 24hrs notice due to Covid-19. Spoke to the Hotel (Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. Part of IHG) they were very helpful and said due to the extraordinary circumstances they were willing to take cancellations. As the rearranged date for the event is yet to be announced they suggested I take a refund. All very sensible and good service. To process it I had to contact Priceline direct. Here is when the problem starts. I called the number which had a London code to reach an automated service. Quite possibility the worst version of computer software on a phone I have ever experienced. I have made around a dozen calls to the line in the last 24hrs. It doesn’t recognise anything I say, when I type the numbers in for my telephone number it either doesn’t recognise them or states it’s not a valid telephone number! After numerous failed attempts to interact it passes me to an advisor queue. The wait time when I do get through seems to be around 12-14hrs, 24 hrs later and numerous calls and I still haven’t had my call back! I should point out I am in the UK and this is clearly an American company. I am sure in a world were nothing ever goes wrong then nobody would have any issues but I would implore anyone who thinks they might ever need even the slightest bit of customer service to avoid this business which clearly has no interest in customer care or user experience. I know the travel industry is dealing with a lot right now but surely this isn’t good enough.

I booked an "Express Deal" for a particular star level and location. When I got to the hotel, it was completely under renovation and we were sent to another hotel outside of the area we booked (and further from the city centre). Priceline's agents were rude and unhelpful and refused to provide any form of refund even though we did not get the service we agreed on.

Said Travelodge included breakfast.Not even a restaurant in this particular Travelodge. Spoke with someone called Marsha on their live chat to ask for part refund as there write up for this hotel was misleading. Got told this wasn't actually from their company (despite they took the booking) but from their Sister company AGODA. Couldn't even get through to them as they wouldn't accept my email. These two companies are also owned by booking.com. apparently. Unable to find email address. American consumer site gave hundreds of reviews giving priceline one star only. They are corrupt. Still falsely advertising Travelodge stayed at. Avoid.
