Missing items and poor quality
I ordered my item a week before the event on a saturday which gave them plenty of time for the item , when the items arrived my coaster was missing and the message in the letter was for a totaly different family (not auto generated as it was too personal) .
The pictures on the mug where not edited to how i had saved them and peoples heads was missing and the finish on them was very poor quality like it had been put though a washing machine 100 times and faded (took onna samsung s23 ultra sooo good pic quality) .
I reached out to the company via email as no contact details and no reply so i sent another email voicing my concerns and nothing still .
I would avoid using them and find a better company that doesnt charge that much for a poor service .

Awful
Awful. Terrible delivery confirmations, expect your card âwheneverâ and incorrect message in card. Motherâs day card was ruined, which she opened as I obviously didnât open it prior to giving!
Poor service and quality
I placed an order and only received one email which was the order confirmation. In order to track the order you have no choice but to download an app or use the online chat. After a few days I chased the order online and was advised it was awaiting order fulfillment. The product was then delivered the following day, the email tracking of the order is therefore not great at all. When I opened the personalised package the font size was horrendously small to the point it was unreadable unless you was up close (as in less than 1 foot away). Tried to get in touch through the online chat and requested a photo I sent the photo and there was no response. All in all not a great service and because of this experience I will not be a returning customer.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered some face cutouts, however when they arrived I was a bit disappointed with them , my fault I didn't line up photo correctly. Prinster replaced them for me free of charge.
Ordered 2 jumbo mugs
Ordered 2 jumbo mugs, added a custom image, previewed the design, looked fantastic!! But, it arrived... the bottom of the image was cut off with a personal message, £30 WASTED! Not to mention the delivery driver just left the parcel in the main entrance with not even ringing the door bell, will never this company again!!
Not a great first experience
Not a great first experience with Printster. My delivery was marked as âfailedâ, yet I received no notification, no attempt to contact me, and no explanation. The building it was being delivered to operates 24/7, so there should have been no issue in completing the delivery.
Printster were unfortunately not very helpful in locating my parcel, which was needed for a specific date and for which I had paid for express delivery. I was told I would be notified as soon as the parcel was returned and would be resent, but this did not happen.
The item was eventually redelivered over two weeks after dispatch and was no longer needed, especially as it was a personalised product. Printster failed to offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Sadly, I wonât be using them again.

Shady operator
I paid extra for a delivery option that stated delivery on 29 January. After ordering, I was told it would arrive on 30 January, which is too late as Iâm travelling early that morning.
This was a time-critical order for a 40th birthday party, and the delivery date was the reason I placed the order. Because the date wasnât met, the item is unusable.
Despite this, Printster refused a refund, saying delivery dates are only estimates. Charging extra for a date-specific delivery and then refusing responsibility when that date isnât met is very disappointing.
Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered personalised items for a surprise party. Paid extra for express delivery. The parcel was almost a week late because the courier diverted it to the wrong depot and Printster are refusing to refund me or take this up with their courier.
Don't use this company if you want 1. a reliable service or 2. customer care
Ordered a mug
Ordered a mug. Images all blurry. Refused to refund. They said images needed to be sized down. I uploaded the exact same images to another site and the mug was absolutely fine. They clearly are a poorly ran company with poor software. Read all the other reviews exactly same issue. Donât order from this company

Poor image quality on personalised mug â refused replacement or refund
I ordered a personalised mug from Printster using clear, good-quality photos.
When the mug arrived, several of the images were visibly blurred, pixelated, and lacking clarity, which was extremely disappointing for a personalised item intended as a meaningful gift.
I raised this with customer services and provided clear photographic evidence, including a direct comparison with a personalised mug I ordered from Printster previously, which was printed sharp and clear.
This demonstrated that Printster is capable of producing much better quality than what was delivered this time.
Despite this, Printster refused to offer a replacement or full refund, stating that the image blur was due to âtechnical scalingâ required by the layout chosen.
At no point during the ordering process was it made clear that choosing this layout would result in noticeably degraded image quality.
After a prolonged back-and-forth, the only resolution offered was a 20% partial refund (£2) or a discount code for a future order. I accepted the £2 refund simply to end the matter, but this was not an acceptable resolution given the quality issue and the time spent trying to resolve it.
Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering personalised photo products from Printster, particularly if image clarity matters to you. I wonât be ordering again.
Fast service and quality product
I ordered some coasters on the Sunday evening before Christmas and they were with me by Christmas Eve - amazing service! Lovely surprise for the recipients of the gift too. Thank you very much, I will definitely buy from you again.
NEVER AGAIN
I have always ordered with printster and found them so good at giving gifts and personalisation on things. I ordered a mug for a Christmas present and the quality of the pictures were all blurry and awful. I got in contact with them to ask if there was any chance of a replacement and why this may be as itâs never been like this before. They told me that this is the standard image and how it should look and wouldnât offer a refund or a replacement!! I have had to go to another retailer to pay out even more in hopes that they will offer me something that looks good. I wonât be ordering from printster again and I am very disappointed.
Great customer service
Great customer service. I was disappointed with the size of the text on a personalised mug I had ordered as a gift. Prompt reply to my email and replacement mug received a few days later in time for the occasion.

I was disappointed with the rendition of the photos when printed on a mug - especially as this is a present for someone else.
Low contrasting images and inaccurate colours.
