Nice, good buy , lasts very long, comfy socks for a good winter and u can put your face on it because why not

I placed my order and didn’t realize I hadn’t payed for delivery and at first I couldn’t get a hold of them. But in few hours they contacted me back and after that everything went smoothly!

I placed my order on a Friday and by Wednesday it was at my doorstep (I’m in NSW) all went well.

Very happy with their service and their product. (Stickers)

Ordered some prints on Tshirts and mugs. Fast delivery, quality printing & excellent customer service

I use Printyo for all my day-to-day business printing, whether it is vehicle signage, t-shirt printing, caps, business stationery, and even some merchandise.

They are always great. Excellent service, excellent product, and very quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Delays and additional cost.

Use with caution. I placed an order for stickers 2 weeks ago. Chased them last week and was told they will be shipped within 1-2 days. 6 days later, I receive an email saying that my stickers are 'in production' and that I needed to pay an extra $20 because my stickers are transparent. How do you go from saying stickers are being shipped within 1-2 days to being asked to pay extra a week later? I've requested order to be cancelled and refunded. Lets see how long this will take....

Do not use this company for printing, so many excuses for delay’s, more excuses for incorrect printing work when it finally arrived after many emails and phone calls. Another several weeks of excuses to get this fixed or get a refund. Very poor communication, very poor results, very long delay’s and still no results after many weeks and after I paid extra for an express service, bit of a joke. Don't even deserve the 1 star rating.

This company is blasting noise from their Heidelberg West site. They clearly don’t care about residents or their workers eardrums or mental health and wellbeing. Find a company that isn’t damaging everyone around them in order to turn a higher profit

when their Christmas 10% discount failed to work, I was told to pay the full amount and they would issue a refund. 4 weeks later, with several emails, this still has not happened. In addition, when I ordered, the postage was one price, but when I went to pay it had increased for no reason. These people are utter liars and con artists. There are better companies who offer the same service.

I ordered two personalised socks (1x Dog Crew Socks with blue background & 1 x Bamboo Custom Dog Face Socks in black background) & just received my order from Printyo today, and I was overall happy with the service.

Their communication, especially over the chat feature, was exceptional, informative, friendly and prompt. They were overall very quick with my order (though I did pay a fee).
The team was quick to send me drafts, and took on my feedback with updated drafts very quickly.

The only issue I do have is that the design team may need a little more experience with what they do. I found that the reason a revision was required in the first place, is that they used the wrong photos and/or cut them out incorrectly. Like I said, they were quick to rectify the issue, though unfortunately one of the cutouts were below average with very ridgid outlines in my opinion (the crew socks). The second one, however, ended up looking amazing (the Bamboo Socks).

The print quality for the crew socks isn't the best, but it does the job. The Bamboo Socks came out looking pretty awesome.

Overall, I had a pretty positive experience and would recommend Printyo.

Disappointing quality.
Purchased a pair of custom underwear as a gift. They came large white streaks on them, mostly around the waist band, making them look very cheap quality. I was unable to give them as gift so had to purchase something else at short notice.
When I reached out to the company they told me that during the sublimation process its normal for white marks to be left. This is not stated anywhere on the website. If I had have known this, I would not have purchased them.
I was told that if I wanted a refund I would need to pay for my own return shipping.
So disappointed, will not use this company again.

recently ordered pull-up banners with a black base from PrintYo, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with both the service and the product quality. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and satisfying.

First and foremost, I'd like to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Ekta. She went above and beyond to ensure that my design was perfected at no additional cost. Her patience, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my requests made the entire process incredibly smooth.

Placed an order and paid express shipping. Was told I would receive email in 1 -2 days with mockup. It’s been over a week and nothing. I called they said they received the order and I would get an email. It’s been 2 days since the call. Wrote to their customer service and they replied what’s the order number even though the order number was provided in the original message. Then they replied let me check and I still haven’t heard anything. What type customer service is that? I just want my money back at this point. Such a terrible experience

Terrible quality socks.
Ordered 6 pairs of the same, with our kids faces on them, for our family.
I used printyo as they had excellent reviews. I have used 2 other companies in the past and both were thin average quality socks.
After getting the printyo socks I couldn't understand why they had the best reviews. So I went back to the google reviews and actually read them - they are mostly fake profiles with the same bad english.
Socks were just tubes with no extra heel space for example. So they pull/stretch and wear out on the heel. When printed, they have just laid the tube flat on the front and back and lazered the image. I have 2 thick white lines down the side of my socks where the laser didn't reach.
The socks are ribbed, so when you pull them up you can see dozens of vertical white lines where the lazer hasn't reached to the depth of the sock, to make the image.
Just terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

Great custom Tee shirt, we made plenty for our group visit to MCG match. The quality, delivery time and price was value for money. Only suggestion if they can offer polo Tee shirt in custom design. Thanks for making our memory great.
