This is the 5th or 6th time I have used printzone for my Canon cartridges.
Not only are they one of the cheapest suppliers in NZ, they offer all 10 colours I need and will bundle them into one package. This has saved me close to $20 per ink order so far and postage is free with my purchase of cartridges over $99. I completed an order online Monday afternoon in Auckland and it arrived Tuesday afternoon, that's pretty impressive since my package is coming from Wellington. A bit of kudos to NZ Post/Courier Post for the transit and delivery as well.
Overall, I highly recommend Printzone and would encourage any other Canon or other high end printer user to consider them

Quick and easy product arrived next day great value for money

Excellent service (and price). Phone calls were answered promptly when checking a couple of details, product was dispatched immediately after order and arrived next day. The product lived up fully to expectations and my printer is now running smoothly with its new ink. I recommend Printzone whole-heartedly.

Great job Printzone. The order turned up (I live in rural Wairarapa) within 2 days and works as expected. Half the price of the 'official' cartridge and no issues.

Looking for value print ink pack, located it here. Sent off order and the fast response time is amazing! Email updated quickly with how order is going and then receive order a day after I ordered! From Wellington to Auckland and faster than it would be if I tried to order from within Auckland! What a great business!

Ordered the ink and received in good time. Black high yield cartridge rejected and was informed I needed the ink with the updated chip. I checked online and legitimate reason.

Five months passed and no cartridge, no feedback and after several calls, the logs they claimed they had on their system to deal with it shows as completed.

The colour inks were not rejected though the chip but are just very poor quality and the heads have to be cleaned every time I print something, if not, the print is just random feint lines. This means high yield ink is actually very low yield through lots of ink used in cleaning process.

I am guessing the ink will never be supplied nor will I get a refund and I have basically been conned out of a lot of money.

I bought a pack of inkjet printer ink. PrintZone offered the best price. There was no problem paying by credit card, and delivery was quick.

If I could, I would give zero stars, since this company hides behind covid and a lockdown that was imposed 3 days AFTER they claim they have already shipped the goods. This after I specifically called to see if they were located in my region and could ship overnight, was assured it would indeed courier overnight so I ordered. Despite promises to the contrary, was given no tracking number and a week after the item was claimed to have been shipped already, it still hasn't arrived, and I am told it is because they couldn't ship because of a lockdown. What rubbish! so they lied when they said they had shipped? And to try and dodge when I pinned them on that, the guy then said it had to ship from elsewhere, when I was assured before ordering that it was in stock and would ship immediately I ordered. He said he would track it and call back.... an hour and a half later, still no call

Covid 19 and we are in lockdown! Then I found printer inks low.what to do?
Printzone delivered black toner within a day and the balance a day later after the lockdown started.Phenomenal service in extreme circumstances !!
