on time, cheaper than ordering a test directly with the labs, and gave flexibility for immediate testing. Instructions are a bit long, but well worth reading and following. will use again

I went to the Quest Stuyvesant plaza


I went to the Quest Stuyvesant plaza location.i had a very nice experience with a professional friendly woman who did an excellent job drawing blood.
I was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 2:10pm. I did not get her name. To top it off I got my results so quickly. I will definitely spread the word about Quest. I am an RN and I know good customer service!!! Thank you,very much.

Check-in was easy wait time was minimal


Check-in was easy wait time was minimal and the staff was very polite. The young lady I worked with was very professional. I have a fear of needles and I never felt a thing she did an amazing job.

As good as it gets

It was fast, easy, painless, and the service was top notch. I wish I could remember the lady’s name who helped me but she was very friendly and funny. I’ll be back again.
