I ordered an avaiable item on the site on 30 of September 2025 and today no answer no item no refund no answer nothing , its a shame how an simple buy transforms on a scam

Beware. Nach verschwundener Lieferung durch DPD Zustellung weigert sich Prisma für den Schaden aufzukommen. Auch nach einem Jahr und zahlreichen mails kein Entgegenkommen bzw. zuletzt keinerlei Antwort mehr. Unter Filmschaffenden ein absolutes No-Go. Ich kann jeden nur warnen hier zu bestellen. Bei Problemen steht ihr alleine da.

Item was never shipped. Ordered a month ago and stated it would be sent in 7-10 working days. Their number will not ring for me and I have gotten no reply over email.

The item now shows up as out of stock - they clearly do not have this item and I was never going to get it!

Placed an order for items they have in stock. No communication, no response, no information when the items will be shipped. Extremely unsatisfied with the process, shame that this company even has a website so they can scam people.

Bestellung nicht erhalten, Shop ist weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Nach einem Monat immer noch kein Geld zurückbekommen! Finger weg von diesem Shop!

Taken money for products but no communication & after 10 days nothing shipped so assuming this is fraudulent company & website. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered from this store via Amazon (order number: 305-4188628-2827528). Unfortunately, the store has refused to issue an invoice for two years. Even after repeated requests and complaints to Amazon, Prisma.Film refuses. I have only ever received the answer that no one is in the office at the moment or that they are ill.

Better buy somewhere else.

I have sent back my article 4 weeks ago and still waiting for the refund.

Good website.
Good products.
Good prices.
Very fast shipment and delivery.
I ordered monday evening, and got my stuff Thursday before lunch, in Denmark.
