My son was signed by Burnley as a direct result of attending a Pro 11 event.
Highly recommended

The grouping of the children was extremely disorganised as 9yr players were grouped with kids as old as12. On the registration form they asked that your child’s age be given but this was not noted during trials.

On entering and collecting bibs for trial it was clear that there were bibs preallocated to indiduals who were meant to succeed.

Other than that the experience was a valuable one as kids were shown early, that the road to football stardom is not going to be easy.

Brilliant experience and chance for any budding footballer!

Took my two boys here to have a trial. Been recommended off a friend, who said it was a great place to let your children be assessed by professional scouts from all over. I was really impressed as their were over a dozen scouts there on the day. I would highly recommend Pro11 to anyone who wants to give their child a opportunity to go to a professional training day with thechance to be scouted by a professional club.

Poor individual players on there own suffered due to the fact there were groups of players who all new each other,so when it came to match time it was very evident the groups were doing much better as they knew each other and individual players suffered,we had no feedback at all,waste of money

Took 2 of my lads there 1 was scouted by Wigan but still nt received any info

Very impressive from start to finish for all age groups involved. The drills certainly tested all abilities and were all set up in advance so players could start immediately. Do feel it was a little more beneficial for the younger age groups as most scouts in attendance were most certainly looking for the younger stars of tomorrow. Very good No's though in all ages and feedback offered at the end if you were unsuccessful. Would have been nice to have received a follow up email though shortly after the event with development recommendations etc. My son was offered a couple of trials but when we met with the scouts they thought he was a year older, so i'd recommend adding school year on the application form / registration form to stop this from happening in future. A very well run and professional few hours with many, many scouts in attendance from all the local clubs, from Man Utd & Man City to Macclesfield Town & Altrincham, so certainly something for all to aim at. Many thanks but hopefully all will work out for my son and we wont be back, for the right reasons of course!

A great opportunity to showcase what you have got in front of scouts, headed by a well connected coach.

Would recommend if you feel your child is close to academy standard but not being looked at already.

Fantastic trials! My boy loved it. Brilliant coaches, great set up and friendly atmosphere. My boy was even fortunate to get scouted by 2 clubs!

I took my 7 year old son to the Liverpool pro11 trials back in December in Huyton.
The coaches put them through their paces and my son thoroughly loved the session experience,got a lot out of it and was lucky enough to get scouted by Liverpool.
The coaching was great and the scouts from local clubs where there as promised.
Done exactly what was advertised and kids where put infront of scouts !!!!
Great concept instead of hoping a scout will catch your child playing for his local side.
Best decision his mum and I made for my son was to bring him along and stick him in the shop window so to speak.

Wasn’t interested in younger age groups just wanted your money then sent to bottom end of pitch with one coach with very limited skills whilst all the so called scouts(3) of them stayed down the other end watching older groups. Very rude in an aggressive waywhen it was mentioned Overall waste of money and time. Disgusted really
