This clinic was a God send, the staff were really friendly, professional and kind. I was in a lot of pain, I was misdiagnosed with sciatica so had been doing the wrong things to recover. This was addressed straight away and proper treatment was taken. I've been feeling so much better and can move without pain again. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had been struggling with very sharp neck pain for a few years now, finally I decided I had enough and booked an appointment here at Proback Victoria. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day and I have been getting treatments for the last seven months. Since I started treatments I have had no neck pain whatsoever. Everyone at this clinic is friendly, kind and know exactly what they are doing. I never had a bad experience despite visiting sometimes more than once a week. They allow you to book appointments months in advance which was helpful for me to plan a regular time for my appointments. I cannot recommend Proback Victoria more. They provided the highest level of care and I am so grateful.

My experience at Proback Clinic has been one of great relief from pain. At my first appointment I was close to tears as my pain had got the better of me. Few weeks later, I felt mentally and physically better and my anxiety had disappeared.

The customer service provided is extremely professional. Everyone from reception staff to the practitioners are friendly and caring. They provide a personalised service which is very refreshing. I am thankful to all the practitioners, especially Arlo who has been really great with helping me with

Proback Clinic has given me my life back, from arriving there in my wheelchair, my back totally out, could not stand up at all and bent towards my left side and over. With the Shockwave Therapy and the Radio Frequency Therapy I am able to walk up straight, bend, move, and am now nearly pain free. From the 1st x-rays and the 2nd x-rays so much improvement. The Staff are all miracle workers. Very professional service. I have referred my parents too for treatment. I would refer anybody to them.

I have experienced great customer service and helpful treatment ever since I started. To be specific, receptionists’ Nesa and Claudia have consistently been very helpful in organising appointments and even fitting me in with the practitioners whenever I wasn’t able to attend at the agreed time. Their attitude towards helping customers is very refreshing. Regarding the service of treatment. Abdul and Dimitar are brilliant practitioners and are very good at what they do. They have helped me decrease the pain in my back enormously.

I would recommend Proback clinic to anyone due to their impeccable customer service from their receptionists and also their Therapy service from all their practitioners.

The best thing about my treatment has been the expertise level of professionalism. Booking appointments is always seamless, I am seen on time and everyone is always super friendly.

When I started with proback, I could barely complete my day to day activities, and would struggle to even stand for 10 minutes at a stretch. However, about a month and a half into my treatment plan, I can confidently say I am finding my day to day tasks alot easier :)

I’m a landscape gardener and in early December 2023 I was experiencing very painful lower back problems.
Unfortunately my doctor was unable to help and the NHS waiting list was going to be several months.
I found ProBack on the internet late on a Thursday evening, called them and had my first consultation and X-rays the next day.
My treatment started 2 days later and every week for the next 4 months.
I had lost much of the curve in my lower spine and had compacted discs.
Every Tuesday afternoon I would arrive at the clinic for shockwave treatments and decompression. I was always on time and never had to wait. The reception staff were amazing. They were beyond polite and the most efficient team I’ve ever met.
The therapists were absolutely incredible and over the ensuing weeks and months they worked their magic. I was massaged, stretched and given an exercise regime as well as a rather unique lumber cushion.
I had my final consultation and X-ray results a week ago and despite feeling amazing I was a little nervous.
I couldn’t believe it when I compared the before and after X-rays of the curve in my spine. It had corrected itself by 30% and was almost back to where it should be.
I have another check up in a few weeks time and in the meantime I will continue with the exercises and lumber cushion. I’m no longer in pain and my posture has improved significantly.
The team at ProBack in Victoria are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them 100%. Thank you.

I would like to say thank you very much to Damanei Dipa and Shana .when I came to your clinic I couldn’t walk few steps had to come to yours on Uber. Now i can walk,all sleepless nights are gone and very less pain . Also pins and needles I had are gone now..

Very professional clinic with clear recovery stages. All the caregivers are excellent and especially Johannes is so skilled, experienced and kind. There’s no substitute for personal responsibility in recovery from back issues ( Yoga, flexibility, strength training), but they get you on your feet, they do a fine job.

I was not able to walking because of my pain in my left leg. Three weeks was on painkillers but pain was not getting less. Then I finding Proback Clinic Victoria on line. I came here. Staff here is very kind and helpful, doctors very professional and on next day I've got first procedure(radial shockwave therapy). After some weeks pain disappeared and I am happy walking without any pain. I am very grateful to the professional staff, who made my life beautiful. I highly recommend Victoria Clinic to everyone who is looking for help. I am very grateful to the doctors and staff of the Clinic! Thank you very much !

I was in pain when I first came to Proback Victoria clinic and they told me that they can help me with my pain I just said ok because I have tried every pain relief and therapy to relieve my pain. Fortunately when I started the treatment in that week the first treatment I felt relief I am still going for my treatments it’s a long journey but I am happy to say I that I am pain free and extremely impressed how helpful it was for me I am also happy with the very pleasant and helpful staff.

This place is awesome 👌 I had the treatment last year with a little added work on my muscle and core strength, which they gave me workout plan for, I am back to 98% recovered. I was in a bad way for three years not able to walk more than 20 metres without crippling pain from sciatica. It is expensive but I would say it worth it. I had decompression treatment and shockwave therapy it was expensive.

I had this twice a week they set out a treatment plan for you so cost might vary as you might have another type of treatment. It in my view a safer option to surgery you might want to try first prior to surgery.

I started my treatment/consultation with pain and I was welcomed. My practitioner was Ophelia and she is highly recommended ; very knowledgeable. I had an options or treatment and they were very accommodating with appointments .

When I first came across Proback I was very sceptical. However I have been with them since September and to be honest I couldn't be more pleased. I have now been able to walk rather than shuffle along.

It has been a long road but one that has been worthwhile.

Barely could walk into Proback - after a short treatment plan I skipped out! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are extremely professional also. I would highly highly recommend!
