All team members are knowledgeable and helpful and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any other business.

I have worked with several external IT companies in the past, and Pro Drive is my favourite by far. Even non-urgent tickets are picked up and dealt with quickly and professionally.

Prodrive IT provide computer support, through a very strong team and have provided a very good service to us for many years. Calls are answered promptly together all required assistance in solving the problem. This means our situation has been dealt with very quickly and we are up and running again, which is essential in maintaining our level of service to our clients.

They are a good company, and they do get the job done. Sometimes they can be quick and sometimes they can be
slow. I do think that the job gets done a lot quicker depending on who summits them and things don't get said until you tag someone with a bit more of a higher statues in the company. Someone has been having the same problem every month and it still hasn't been sorted. I know that this is a big problem however I am sure the now this has been seen it will get sorted. This is why I gave them a 4/5 because they are not a awful company and I would focus on the positives of Prodrive rather then the negatives.

Prodrive is a much better company than who we had before, and we have had much more success than failure.
