Excellent communication and prompt response to queries. Due to Covid-19 there was a delay with the Order and Visunext helped with an alternative solution which arrived within 3 days of Ordering.

The goods arrived quite quickly. The parcel was damaged on arrival so was missing some parts, but I can't really fault Visunext for that as it may have been the courier company. I rang them the next day and they arranged to send a replacement. So helpful and friendly customer service even when something goes wrong.

Very good experience all round. Easy to check out, goods arrived very quickly (and was able to track delivery progress) and the procector screen itself is exactly what I was hoping for. Very good quality, infinitely superior to the one that came packaged with my projector. The picture quality is superb. Thank you very much, I can highly recommend.

Ordered monitor at the best price on the market and it was delivered quickly and without issue.

General experience is very good, delivery was quick and updated during my waiting time.
When it comes to my purchase Viewsonic xg2703-gs monitor, minor back light bleeding is shown in the right bottom corner of the panel, it's quite normal when it comes to this price range and refresh rate. You can't see it in normal use, you can when pc starts on and off. That's about it,it's a lottery with such monitors. I'm not bothered to seek a replacement etc. Actually I should have gone for different on of 144hz such as LG 27" 144hz,buts too late I'm keeping mine. Price wise I believe it's still far too high,as it was realised two years ago price is still over £ 600, however look out for sales on this monitor some retailers have started to drop it by 40%. In my case too late. The reason I went for Viewsonic was that I still owe my VP2700 75hz,that has served me very well,and still running strong. Viewsonic xg2703-gs is really good monitor for gaming especially in high refresh rate of 165hz, however native refresh rate is 144hz,(165hz on this panel is just a boost that works with Nvidia GPU).
Make sure your graphics card can handle this refresh rate before purchasing this monitor. I normally play World of Warcraft and I don't need this refresh rate for this game, however I've tried call of duty,on all settings maxed out, all running smoothly,no lags,no screen tearing, ghosting etc. Monitor works very well 👍 with my rig very well.
I'm using Zotac 1080 Geeforce card, i7(7700k 4.2 gz cpu, 32 ram, rest is all gaming rig as well, haven't seen any issues.
This monitor was a good buy overall and retailer was excellent.
