Slechte service , hele slechte kwaliteit en het personeel is onvriendelijk en agressief.
1 tip ga niet met ze in zee

Bad company doesnt send products on time i had multiple times mail contact.
Thus doesnt do anything with you complain (dont order here)

Slecht bedrijf slechte kwaliteit producten komen veel te laat aan

We never received our order and have not received a refund despite chasing and chasing this company for weeks. We spent over £700 on our order. Was told several times that it was being refunded but this never happened. Disgraceful customer service and fraudulent behaviour.

My order was managed by a person called Don.

A bunch of liars working as a gang to rip people off, please don't waste your time and money. A person called Don is a massive liar he will sell you dreams instead of signs.

The Royal British Legion commissed Promosigns to build 6ft 3D Letters to celebrate an important occasion. Their prices are competitive for the high standard of work they provide. They gave us with second to none service, were hugely professional and accomadating and helped us bring our vision to life. They were easy to communicate and prompt with their delivery at different stages of the project.
After working with Promosigns for 4 months I am extremely happy to recomend this company to other departments in the company should they ever require their service.

The 3D Letters have now secured a permanent home in Southampton – and will be going on tour across the country.

I had purchased a Built Up Letters for my Business. They provides excellent services, competitive pricing, clear communication and prompt delivery.
