Avoid

poor experience - the food was 30 minutes late, cold.
Since I made a transaction with Pronto Eat, my card details have been stolen. Their customer service is atrocious. Probably a call centre far far away.

Great platform
Just wish there was more restaurants to choose from.
Fantastic deals all the time, great value for money.
And good contact centre that respond very quickly whenever there are issues.

Very good service who respond to queries very fast. Excellent offers all the time. Need a few more restaurants added to recieve the 5 stars. Overall very satisfied.
