Attempted to list a property for R12,000/month. Documents submitted Dec 9th with no verification. Emails to property24.com go unanswered and the support number 0861 111 724 listed on their own 'Need Help' banner incorrectly routes to a private realty firm. Unprofessional and a waste of time for landlords.

I saw a rental listing on your website and when I asked for information from the landlord, he just told me "it's already taken", not even a Hi, or sorry to inform you! Nothing!
I then got my Afrikaans speaking friend of mine to call and that Landlord informed her that the place is still available 😡
Racist! These people make us contact them on your platform only for them to reject because we are of colour?
That was very unprofessional and indecent.

Anyone who is looking for the best agent I got the best person for u.. She will make u feel safe and her beautiful smile u will guaranteed u to find a place. After she help get my an apartment by marine plaza for sho she is capable

Extremely bad. We did expect a property but in the middle of the process Sharon told us "we have someone else who gave a offer"
WITHOUT information and guideing with this. Didnt even reply on the viewing date. We are definitely finding another better option.

Slow and bad service.

You pay for the service, but no one is able to assist if you have a problem or cant list at all.

Extremely poor customer service. Takes weeks for a listing to get approved for advertising.

When they start looking and caring about their clients. They just deactivate your account without understanding what is your problem. Don't care if we loose business all our listings is not on prop 24. Clients phone and we can't send them links. We loose a lot of business during December 2023. I will look for a other portal that care about their clients.

Property24 does absolutely nothing about false/inaccurate listings and scam listings - even if one reports it! You just get generic replies and the listing remains. Property24 does not care if you get scammed or misled - they just want the advertising fee. Absolutely vile, fraudulent and disgusting company.
DO NOT USE PROPERTY24!
