We requested Property360 to install and commission an oil fired Grant external boiler and complete radiator system within our home.

From start to finish we have found all staff at Property360, professional with a high level of experience producing a high quality of work. Nothing was too much trouble, they also provided their invaluable feedback.

The quote was comparable with other firms, and they were able to move jobs about to accommodate a speedy installation due to the fact that our house had no heating.

We will be endeavouring to use them in the future for boiler servicing and maintenance as well as other jobs about our home.

Property 360 Ltd worked in partnership with us and produced a high standard of work. Our project was complicated (whole building-wide lighting upgrade), we had to stay open to the public throughout the project and the building itself is unique with a national profile. Property 360 were easy to work with, professional and really helped to take the stress out of the project delivery. We were so pleased with the work done. We continue to use Property 360 for all of our building related work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Property360 multiple times for our electrical needs, from fixed wire testing through to replacing circuit boards and rewiring our building for X-ray machines. My old boiler died one week before Xmas! Property360 came, assessed and quoted the same day. They were then able to order & fit a completely new boiler within a week of the call out and in time to save Xmas (& my marriage). Luke had a can-do attitude, and dealt with several challenges in a difficult installation with no fuss. Best heating engineers I've used in the last 18 years.

Property360 and in particular Luke were recommended to me. They came and fitted two new taps and refurbished some taps. The standard of the work was very good and they were friendly, efficient and clean.

Property 360 were easily contacted and open to our desires for making our building more energy efficient with regards our gas central heating. The plumbing team were efficient and worked around our business hours. Communication was excellent via our plumber and work was carried out promptly and everything left clean an tidy. Due to having dealt with poor workmanship previously Property 360 stand out against so many for fantastic service and they deliver a great customer experience for even small jobs

After a year of enormous energy bills, my partner and I got in touch with Property 360 to see if there was anything they could do to help us.

Despite us conserving our energy consumption as much as possible to save money, it was still costing us at least £10 per day to have the heating on for 1hr 45mins and the water on for only 45 mins in total.

We searched on the approved MCS installer website and found Property360. We were quickly contacted by Amir and Luke who came to our house as soon as they could to assess our situation. They were thorough with their inspection and used their expertise to determine that our current heating system was not fit for purpose, despite the property being relatively new. They took the time to demonstrate and explain how our system was inefficient and not powerful enough using an electric boiler. Luke was to carry out the installation and it was nice to speak with an experienced plumbing engineer rather than a salesman.

Initially my partner and I were daunted by the entire situation, as first time home owners we really didn’t know much about heating systems and how it all works, however, they took the time to explain their thought process and everything was explained clearly and in a professional manner, they were also incredibly patient and understanding with any questions we had.

After our first meeting with the Property 360 representatives, we were 100% sure that they had our best interests at heart. It was determined that our home would benefit enormously from an air source heat pump and took the time to apply to the government grant scheme on our behalf. The team took care of everything.

Property 360 explained the process to us from start to finish so we knew what to expect. They also arranged for our property to be tested so we could receive an EPC (energy performance certificate). They were very efficient and this was completed within a week. The system was designed and a heat loss calculation completed to ensure the house would reach the right temperatures.

It didn’t take long for the grant to be accepted and an installation date was quickly arranged.

Luke and his team came to install the heat source pump and make some other minor changes to our heating system, including the upgrading of some existing radiators and the installation of an additional radiator, which made heating our home easier and more efficient.

The team arrived promptly every single day, were always polite and respectful and they were happy to answer any questions we had. They explained everything clearly so we were never left in the dark. They were also very tidy whilst working in our home and never left without cleaning up after themselves. Overall the installation only took a few days.

Our current heating system is performing perfectly and our energy bills have now been reduced by approximately 60%!!!. We are able to heat our house all day long and we don’t have to worry about having cold showers now.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Property 360 highly enough. From start to finish they have been so professional and polite. They are a credit to themselves and I’m so thankful that we found them when we needed them most. KWH school instructed Property 360 to install solar panels in the summer of 2023. The team were quick, proficient and courteous. They provided us with the cost benefit analysis, giving us detailed advice on various products and systems and answering any queries in a timely manner.
Contractors conducted themselves professionally at all times and were considerate both to staff on site and to our neighbours. The project was completed without any issues and on time. The solar panels are a wonderful addition to the building. We look forward to seeing our bills reduce as we produce more of our own energy.

From start to finish we have been delighted with the work carried out at our school. Fraser and his team understood our brief thoroughly and explained all aspects of the work. Once the work had started the team were excellent. Always on time, clean and tidy and always friendly when we were looking around. Everything was finished in the agreed time frame and I was kept up to date with everything as things progressed without having to be on site.
