Professional, helpful and supportive

Most definitely need to put on record the support and guidance and sheer professionalism of Steve Baker, getting our loan deal over the line and allowing my wife and I to purchase our dream home at auction. He went way beyond expectations and was always available to answer questions and liaise with other stakeholders.
Highly recommended.

I'd use again

PFG organised several options for me and proposed the one they thought would be best suited to my needs. From start to finish, their communication has been on point and they've always been contactable and ready to answer any questions I've had. Chelsea, in particular, has been highly proactive in ensuring things kept moving along to completion.

Bridging Loan Completion

Chelsea guided my us through the whole bridging finance process.
She went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. When a hurdles appeared from third parties (no fault of her own), she was straight onto it and managed the transaction through to completion.
I would not hesitate in recommending PFG due to my experience dealing with Chelsea.
