Poor service. Always system is facing inaccuracy & problem. Listing is a never ending project. I don’t want to give even one star. Hope there was option for a negative star

The agent from Zaitoon Real Estate al barsha Dubai was highly unprofessional and showed a clear lack of respect, particularly toward women. He provided misleading information and later impose multiple additional charges that were never meant to be included. The rental pricing was not fair or transparent, and if you are a clients you have to review every detail before signing any contract. If possible, I strongly advise changing agents.

His dismissive and unprofessional attitude made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend dealing with this real estate company, as transparency, honesty, and basic respect were clearly lacking.

Horrible got scammed from agent, sent email to property finder,

They say they work on it? I sent all proving documents however no action taken,

Scammer agents still posting on their site, so you cannot trust property finder

Unfortunately they just want your money to advertise with them and then forget all about you. Very disappointing.

The property in Worcester was absolutely filthy. The carpets had not been cleaned. The kitchen had not been mopped. My child found a used bottle of lube in her bedroom she was using the double bed I shared with my other child had pubic hair in there was massive cobwebs in the house the TV did not work. The kitchen cupboards had grease platters all up the cupboard doors and the sides and there was an orange substance leaking from the fridge which also was leaking into the cupboards. There was also a lot of open spore mould in the kitchen.
The property did not get back to me with regards compensation from this day and booking.com could not get hold of them either for this.

The customer support here is shockingly bad. Once you're signed up, expect to be met with total disorganization and a stunning lack of help. It feels like no one communicates internally, and basic processes simply aren't in place.

Trying to get any meaningful assistance was a nightmare. My concerns were consistently ignored, and there was zero empathy. It's been a frustrating and disillusioning experience, and a complete waste of time and resources.

I rarely leave reviews this negative, but I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone based on the dreadful backend service. Look elsewhere if you value your sanity and expect professional support.

I had a great experience using Property Finder to search for my new home. The website is user-friendly, with detailed listings and high-quality photos that made it easy to compare options. The filters helped me narrow down my choices, and I found the perfect place quickly. The agents were professional and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Property Finder to anyone looking for a home!

It’s almost 2025 and Property Finder NEVER improve on the quality of listings and agents on their platform, I’ve had to refer to PF a few times over the past few years, and it is ALWAYS such a painful process!

Property finder is “untrusted portal” anymore, i am warning everyone not to trust them. I lost more than 12k AED (Scam) booking one unit advertised by an agent on their portal and whom Property Finder knew that their systems are compromised and never warned me.. so imagine I put the down payment with threat actors, and then propertyfinder simply told me it’s not our responsibility! How? We trust that they are doing proper screening, so I am suspecting that there is a corruption inside property finder whom are splitting the money we pay with those threat actors through scams. I have all the evidences of this case that is either has behind a possible corruption or a weak “non secured” processes in this portal, I will definitely raise the case with Dubai economic department who should protect consumers from using such careless and dangerous businesses like propertyfinder portal, I already registered my case in e-crime and preparing now a file to Dubai police I will be after property finder careless attitude to avoid others to fall in such scam on their portal

The listing was misleading and states GATE difc but in fact is all the way on the edge of the other side of the DIFC so 15 minute walk to the GATE DIFC. Do not use Property finder as you can not even report the wrong corrupt listings without being forced to set up an account...what a joke and the Dubai Land Department should investigate them.

Unfortunately, all the listings are traps and fake. When I contacted all the listing owners, they said that it was not available "but there are other apartments." They repeat the same phrase and use the same method to lure us until we contact them for this large percentage that they do not deserve.

I do not think that you do not know that this is a cheap method of marketing and keeping silent about it is considered you a partner. It harms the credibility and professionalism of your site... It is supposed that for any apartment that is rented, you must oblige the marketer to end it and list another one if it exists.

But I think that you deliberately keep the list available so that you can profit from advertising or visitors or the like, and this is considered wrong and not professional and harms us as customers, and wastes time without a practical solution and finding something real and actual.

I am stepping away from filing a complaint to the local authorities against you and the marketers on your platform for the lack of credibility and professionalism and for providing late and expired information that is not constantly updated.

I am tired while searching for an apartment and I warn you against repeating this. It is better to control and find a radical solution to improve your marketing system and find strict controls, documentation, and credibility that force marketers to include anything new only and delete the old and not keep it.

This is the right thing and the system that saves time and effort as well as credibility. Otherwise, you will gain a bad reputation and get bad feedback as I will do today.

Fake agent by name Mudassar Idrees national from Pakistan tricked me and my wife in to paying to their so called company by name Ama properties which was also faked.
After we have checked the flat at Al Tawun sharjah he directed us to go to their head office at office Court building near Oud metha metro station to do payment which we did.
As soon as payment was done it was from one excuse to another until after 1month we were told the owner of the property has increased the rent and by then we had already sign a contract. We declined and asked for our refund, it was one excuse to another. It's already more than 2months he doesn't respond to our calls nor messages. I curse this guy from the bottom of my heart because I suffered in this UAE to provide for my family and in one day some group of people will collect my hard earned money just like that. As we all know the police in this country will not intervene, they instructed I go to court and make a case in sharjah only since the transaction was in sharjah. Please any idea of what I can do?
Warning don't trust this website because fake agents are alot here.

only few of Dubai property adz are controlled bal for all other emirates full time scammer real estate agents and agencies posting scamming property adz. when ever contacted for the unit advertised they said its rented or sold and ad is live many weeks and months.if they say its rented then why its still online posted? i dont understand where is the control of quality check compliance about scam agencies and scam agents posting of outdated scammer property adz?

Just want to say thank you to Moustafa 0588110355 . He is amazing, listens to what you need and gets it done. He was really patient and explained all steps so that I would understand all of it. It was a really great experience all over and I am so happy in my new apartment!

Brokers be careful with this Portal. The back office is corrupted and leaking your listings to their own agents.

As soon as you submit your listing for approval (Even if its not live yet) your property owner will start getting 50 calls per day from other agents and give offer.
And btw they know all the information about your agreement between you and the owner which is supposed to be confidential.

You can say its a coincidence. But i have specifically tested it many times with my friends who own properties.

Had the unfortunate call with Kirk Carino from the quality control team, he was unbelievably unhelpful. His tone was high throughout the call! I requested a call back from him on which he said, he can't call me back. Pathetic customer service!! Not a problem solver.

In my previous experience with the quality control team with Aya Mamdouh or Ahmed they have always given me a call back and has been always helpful.

Terrible customer support. Stick to Bayut. Many agent's and agencies are untrustworthy and are not vetted by property finder. Despite providing proof of fraud , property finder refuses to investigate, blacklist and remove fraudulent agencies from their platform. On the contrary the fraud agents are given super agent status! They don't respond on email despite multiple reminders. Bayut immediately blacklisted agents when evidence of fraud was provided. Ticket no 999313,29-2-24-No response to date

A WASTE OF TIME WITH FAKE AND UNRESPONSIVE AGENTS POSTINGS PROPERTIES THAT ARTE NOT AVAILABLE THEY POST ONE THING AND WHEN YOU REACH THERE AND CALL THEM THEY WOULD JUST SAY ITS NOT AVAILABLE I HAVE DIFFERENT OPTION, !!!! AND PROPERTY FINDER IS NOT BOTHERED TO VERIFY THEM
